Delighted to have my short story Waterloo in this issue. It’s about shoes, bombs and strawberry bonbons… and The Wombles. Lurgan folk might recognise a few things. Ps it’s mostly a work of fiction.
The Honest Ulsterman is back! 🎉 Our new issue is live today — prose, poetry & non-fiction from voices we love. 📖 Read it now via the link in our bio. 👉 Follow us for snippets from featured pieces over the coming weeks. 📚 Read, share, and support independent literature.

Totally agree @Quinnfreelance. We need to stop the rot of inequality on our stages. How will our careers flourish if we're not given the opportunities to showcase our talents? #theatre #WritingCommunity #stage #NorthernIreland
Fascinating, vital weekend ahead @QUBelfast in the Front & Centre symposium on gender inequality on NI’s stages. Contributions from @MaggieCronin3 @CiaraLynnMurphy @AmandaVerlaque & @ArtsCouncilNI’s Caoileann Curry-Thomson. My @BritTheatreGuid news story: britishtheatreguide.info/new…

🚨 @KenyaRedCross is linked to @thebomahotels, where an anti-LGBT+ conference is set to take place. This violates its humanitarian principles! Demand they cancel the event now. #Kenya a.allout.org/s/Oz1Gl/

Thanks but could the notice board at the bus halt reflect this?
Replying to @AmandaVerlaque
Hi Amanda, apologies, there is a lot of disruption to that service this weekend due to the Sydenham By-Pass closure with delays over 30mins so some services may be cancelled to help get the services back to schedule. ^PD

Thanks. You could also arrange a pick up of water at any one of the stations en route to Belfast. Plan B thinking and all that.
Hello Amanda, I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience. Please know your experience is important to us, and we’ll inform the right department regarding your feedback. Thanks, TFI.
