Hi @OnlyFans With the UK’s Crime and Policing Act 2026 coming into force tomorrow (6 November), certain categories of adult content (including depictions of strangulation/suffocation, specific incest/step-family scenarios, and adults role-playing as under-16) will become illegal to possess or publish in England and Wales.Other platforms (such as @clips4sale and similar sites) have already informed creators that we don’t need to delete content — they will simply geo-block the relevant material so it cannot be viewed by UK users. As a creator based outside the UK, could you please clarify OnlyFans’ position? Do I need to remove any potentially affected content from my page? Or will OnlyFans handle this by restricting/blocking the specific content for viewers located in the UK (as other platforms are doing)? Clear guidance would help many international creators stay compliant without unnecessarily removing content that remains legal in our own countries.Thank you for the transparency.
