Mobley slander is so funny because he’s like the most regular good player ever, never put into any crazy convos, not controversial, just be catching strays for no reason 😭
Just saw a kid trick-or-treating without a bag, best Evan Mobley costume I’ve ever seen

The two stories of the NBA are 1) the entire league has old man bodies by 22 that are breaking down 2) the 3 most iconic players from the 2000s are all somehow immortal

Okay I genuinely need to know what the hell is going on. And no one is allowed to say the 65 game rule because it isn’t even November yet
Oklahoma City Thunder's Chet Holmgren underwent treatment Friday to address a small patellar tendon tear and is expected to return to play in 8-to-10 weeks.

I would say it's actually the opposite when it comes to Tatum/Cs and how they rank/view them For 1st team All Defense, here were the Ringer ballots Beck: Barnes, Chet, Ausar, Wemby, White Goldsberry: Daniels, Rudy, Chet, Wemby, White Mahoney: Bam, Bares, Rudy, Chet, Wemby Pina: Barnes, Chet, Ausar, Wemby, White Simmons: Castle, Chet, Ausar, Wallace, Wemby 2 of the 5 didn't even have White on their ballot. 2 of the 5 had Barnes Is it possible....Derrick White was actually worthy of 1st team All Defense and it wasn't just the Ringer media mafia choosing him over a Raptor? For All NBA 1st team, just 2 of the 5 had him on their ballots....yet he finished with 44 first place votes. Sooooo maybe it's not just the Boston Media Mafia?
It's called hyperbole bud But you don't think the ringer favours the C's? Explain the Derrick White first team all D selection over Barnes and Anunoby? Or JB getting first team votes lol

This is always so funny to me. They always list The Ringer as the Boston Media mafia etc...yet they always seem to be lower on the Cs/Tatum Also....where was this supposed Boston media voting base when he finished 4th in MVP voting while averaging 30/8.8/4.6 on a 57 win team? Or when he finished 6th (!!!!) in MVP voting in 2023-24 while averaging 26.9/8.1/4.9 on a historic 64 win team?
40% of the voting base resides in Boston, he can absolutely win it

Reminder that in the middle of the 2024 season Windy said JT had no place in the MVP conversation because he had played poorly in the Finals 2 years prior
“While [Jayson] Tatum was the hero last night, their depth did carry the day.” @WindhorstESPN gives insight on where the Celtics stand after their OT win against the Nets 🏀

Jayson Tatum just hit another game-winner. Since 1996-97, no other player has a higher FG% on shots to tie or take the lead in the final 24 seconds of a game. (min 60 FGA)

Ya enough of the nonsense from Scal. Move on dude
Celtics announcers DISSED Jaylen Brown 😭 "Tatum has ZERO turnovers tonight." "If I were to do PR work for Jayson Tatum, I'd just remind everyone who led the league in turnovers last year."

Another moronic take Cs record with Tatum 13-3 Offensive rating in those 16 games: 123.2 +2.4 from their season average of 120.8 OR Celtics averaged 116ppg in games Tatum played +2 from their 114ppg on the season. You’re just posting lies now lol
It’s common sense. I genuinely don’t understand how people can’t see it. JT coming back early definitely disrupted the flow of things, and the Celtics front office recognized that when making their decision. No matter how much "JT stans" want to disagree, this is the BLATANT truth.

Brutal start to the season in the injury department
Utah Jazz star Jaren Jackson Jr. has sustained a torn MCL in his right knee and will be sidelined for 6-to-8 weeks, sources tell me and @BannedMacMahon. Jackson will not require surgery.

If the Celtics were 0-4 you’d be saying the season is over
I’m going to be mature about this and give the Miami Heat 20 games into the season before I decide to comment about what’s going on!!! Don’t mind me and Carry on…

The Thunder didn't just lose J Dub and Carson. They also lost Dort, Wiggins, and Joe. I still think SGA and Chet are the best duo in the league, they have good scoring and size off the bench, and a top two coach in the league, so their ceiling is still championship But their pathway just got a whole helluva lot harder

I don’t think at any point of their careers was it not obvious Tatum was their guy lol
The Celtics reportedly favored Jayson Tatum, and Jaylen Brown felt some type of way about that, per @MarcJSpears (h/t @ohnohedidnt24 )
