So many of you asked - what animal is this? It's a SEA ANEMONE! And no, it's not a plant, it's an animal. At low tide, they close up and hang on the rock like this. They look like little blobs. When I tickled the top part, that's the mouth + tentacles folded in. It got scared, squeezed its body, and spat all the water out through its mouth. That's the water you saw! When the sea comes back, the same anemone opens up like a flower with all its tentacles out. Same animal. Just closed vs open. Nature is crazy, right?
Have you come across this animal. Every tickle it releases liquid. It nice touching.

As much as I love my HR, and I know she feels the same way. I'm worried about the company's policy on staff relationship. I don't mind leaving for Love, but hunger will wipe my head ๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ˜ญ

GOOD NIGHT A good NFT marketplace should make exploring and trading across different ecosystems feel simple, not complicated. Thatโ€™s one thing I find interesting about @VelixoMarket. Supporting both @RobinhoodChain and Fogo, the platform gives users access to NFT opportunities across multiple ecosystems in one place. It also offers useful features like transaction previews, helping users understand what theyโ€™re approving before connecting their wallets. Whether you're browsing collections, placing bids, buying, selling, sweeping or gifting NFTs, everything comes together in one experience. Beyond multichain access, what really matters is making NFT trading easier, safer and more transparent for everyday users. That's what makes @VelixoMarket worth watching. $VLX

My female friend called me around midnight and asked me to come over. When I arrived, she was wearing a silk dressing gown. Friend: โ€œI need you to stay with me tonight.โ€ Me: โ€œIs everything okay?โ€ Friend: โ€œI havenโ€™t been able to sleep since my boyfriend left.โ€ I was surprised. Me: โ€œHe left? What happened?โ€ She sighed and invited me inside. Friend: โ€œWe had another argument. He packed some of his things and said he needed space.โ€ Me: โ€œIโ€™m sorry. Have you tried calling him?โ€ Friend: โ€œSeveral times. He isnโ€™t answering.โ€ I sat beside her on the sofa. Me: โ€œMaybe you should give him some time. You donโ€™t have to solve everything tonight.โ€ She rested her head against the cushion. Friend: โ€œThatโ€™s easy for you to say. Youโ€™re not the one whoโ€™s afraid of losing someone.โ€ We talked for almost an hour. She told me how lonely she had felt and how much she missed having someone around. At one point, she took my hand. Friend: โ€œYou know what I like about you?โ€ Me: โ€œWhat?โ€ Friend: โ€œYou always make me feel listened to.โ€ I smiled. Me: โ€œThatโ€™s what friends are for.โ€ She looked directly into my eyes. Friend: โ€œHave you ever wondered what would happen if we became more than friends?โ€ I pulled my hand away slightly. Me: โ€œYouโ€™re asking me that now?โ€ She moved closer. Friend: โ€œWhy not? Weโ€™re both adults. We know each other very well.โ€ Before I could answer, her front door opened. Her boyfriend walked in. He looked at both of us, then smiled. Boyfriend: โ€œGood. Youโ€™re both here. Now I can finally explain why I invited you.โ€ I stood up immediately. Me: โ€œYou invited me?โ€ My friend went completely silent.

When our team supervisor resigned, I expected to be considered for the position because I understood how the department operated. Iโ€™ve handled difficult client complaints, trained new employees, and often helped my manager when things became overwhelming. Iโ€™ve been at the company for almost five years, and I was one of the most experienced employees in the customer service department. I had already discussed my interest in the role with my manager, and he told me I was a strong candidate. A few weeks later, he called a team meeting to announce the new supervisor. To my surprise, he introduced his nephew, Trevor, who had joined the company only four months earlier. I was disappointed because I had spent years working with some of our biggest clients, while Trevor was still learning how our department operated. After the meeting, I approached my manager. Me: โ€œCan I ask why Trevor was chosen for the supervisor position?โ€ Manager: โ€œHe has good leadership potential, and I believe he can bring fresh ideas to the team.โ€ Me: โ€œI understand, but I thought my experience would at least be considered.โ€ Manager: โ€œYou do excellent work, but being good at your job doesnโ€™t automatically mean youโ€™re ready to manage people.โ€ Me: โ€œWas there an interview process or any assessment?โ€ Manager: โ€œWe considered several things before making the decision. I donโ€™t want you to take it personal.โ€ I didnโ€™t want to argue, so I thanked him and returned to work. What made things more frustrating was that Trevor started coming to me for help with almost everything. He struggled with our reporting system, didnโ€™t know how to handle certain client complaints, and regularly asked me to explain procedures he was supposed to oversee. At first, I helped him because I didnโ€™t want the department to suffer. I even stayed late a few times to show him how we handled difficult client accounts. ๐Ÿงต
