Across different regions, @McDonaldsCanada keeps proving the same point: drive-thru matters, dine-in doesn’t. Staff clearing my order minutes before handing it over just to fake “fast service” stats is dishonest and insulting. Customers aren’t numbers.
As the 2025 @CanWisp conference came to an end today, I can’t help but reflect on the journey that brought me here. Since joining the board in 2020, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most passionate and intelligent people in our industry.
Change is important, and I know the incoming board will bring fresh ideas and renewed energy to continue the fight for better connectivity in rural Canada.
I want to thank my fellow board members, industry peers, and everyone who has supported CanWISP’s work.
