Just watched #bbcnewswatch re local channels now being HD. This is simply not true! It is SD for the local content even though broadcast on the HD channel. It’s clear as day just before local content starts the image quality drops. Watch the clock graphics on Breakfast.

Time to clarify a few things:
1. I’m not “Boris Johnson’s cat”
2. Like all Prime Ministers, he’s only a temporary resident of Downing Street
3. I live here permanently. When he finally goes, I stay
4. Yes, it’s all very embarrassing but it will be over soon

Magnificent gig at Bradford last night. Great to hear the Seconds Out album in full (with the extras…) and the new album material works really well live. Thanks @HackettOfficial
Come on #bbclooknorth yet again you have just broadcast the recorded weather report from yesterday on tonight’s bulletin. Is it really that difficult?!
