The conditions allowing for the safe return of Ms. Machado to Venezuela is the direct result of the U.S. supported reconciliation talks which has already seen hundreds of political prisoners freed and hundreds of political opposition figures return from exile.
The United States expects the freedoms of all sectors of Venezuelan politics to continue to be respected. Likewise, we expect all political actors to support these talks which represent the best chance Venezuela has had in thirty years to peacefully achieve not just a free and fair election but an enduring democracy.

Request for independent review of legal and financial risks related to Venezuela
Gentlemen:
On September 7, 2026, I submitted a communication regarding potential constitutional, contractual, and financial risks related to Venezuela. I submit this request in good faith, without anticipating conclusions or interfering with the jurisdiction of the U.S. authorities.
The 1811 Federal Constitution of the States of Venezuela constitutes an essential historical and legal precedent of Venezuelan constitutionalism, enshrining principles such as sovereignty, republican organization, separation of powers, and the subjection of authority to the law. Although it is no longer in force, its historical value allows us to understand the constitutional evolution of the country. The current constitutional framework is the 1999 Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela
I respectfully request an independent, documented, and verifiable review of any transaction related to PDVSA, NABEP, or other Venezuelan entities, including:
The legal competence of the signatories;
The validity of contracts, authorizations, and guarantees;
The identity of the beneficial owners;
Potential conflicts of interest;
The origin and traceability of funds;
Compliance with anti-corruption regulations;
The potential impact on Venezuelan public assets.
I request consideration of, among other relevant regulations, Articles 7, 137, 138, 141, 150, and 232 of the 1999 Constitution, as well as the applicable provisions of the Organic Law of the Comptroller General of the Republic and the National System of Fiscal Control, and Venezuelan regulations on political organizations and due process
According to the available information, there are aspects that require verification before making irreversible decisions. Insufficient review could generate legal, financial, and institutional risks. I am not making accusations or definitive determinations regarding responsibilities, nullities, or crimes; I request that the attached documents be evaluated by the competent department.
I would appreciate acknowledgment of receipt and, when possible, confirmation of its forwarding to the corresponding office.

Public Request for an Independent Review Regarding Legal and Financial Risks Related to Venezuela
Dear Secretary:
I hereby present this open letter in good faith and with the purpose of requesting an objective, independent, and documented review of certain constitutional, contractual, and financial risks related to Venezuela. This request does not intend to interfere with the authority of United States institutions nor to anticipate conclusions regarding responsibilities, invalidity, or criminal matters.
The Federal Constitution of the States of Venezuela of 1811 constitutes a fundamental historical and legal precedent of Venezuelan constitutionalism. It established principles such as sovereignty, republican organization, separation of powers, and the subjection of public authority to the law. Although it is no longer in force, its importance allows for an understanding of the constitutional evolution of the country. The current constitutional framework is the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela of 1999.
I respectfully request that any operation related to PDVSA, NABEP, or other Venezuelan entities be examined before receiving definitive support, taking into consideration:
The legal authority and competence of the signatories;
The validity of contracts, authorizations, and guarantees;
The identity of the beneficial owners;
Possible conflicts of interest;
The origin and traceability of funds;
Compliance with anti-corruption regulations;
The possible impact on Venezuelan public assets.
I also request that the applicable "Venezuelan Constitutional" provisions be considered, along with regulations concerning fiscal oversight, transparency, public responsibility, political organizations, and due process.
According to the information available, there are matters that require independent verification before irreversible decisions are adopted. An insufficient review could generate legal, financial, and institutional risks for the parties involved.
I publish this letter for informational and transparency purposes. I present it respectfully and without making definitive accusations. The facts and documents related to these matters must be verified by the competent authorities.

El presentador afirma conocerlo desde 2012 en la que la Fundación Soros lo acogió y financió durante más de 14 años.
La educación universitaria de Abdul El-Sayed lo conoció en 2012 en el Oriel College de Oxford, Inglaterra (2011). Fue un becario Rhodes en la Universidad de Oxford, donde obtuvo un doctorado en salud pública. Luego obtuvo su título de médico en la Universidad de Columbia y luego Soros le proporciona las finanzas y posición de empleo en michigan
Abdul Al-Sayed es un demócrata PROGRE, sí, progresista, que apoya:
- Medicare para Todos,
