Anyone out here competitive? I am! More so with self than with others... striving for perfection. I do it with optimizing my fuel economy. Must drive other drivers nuts! My Hybrid Corolla is 55.1 mpg (Toyota lauds 47 mpg).
I went into Sam's Club to restock my Crown Royal Apple. Also, wanted to see if they had Fireball's 'Blazin Apple' (don't give me grief - I heard it tastes like Apple cinnamon).
All of of sudden, what do my eyes see? A treat I could not pass up at all - Crown Royal Chocolate!
Was listening to SiriusXM today with Kirk's gems from the Metallica channel. Heard a song I knew from my 'Wayback Machine'. Surprised I didn't catch the simple flash of Uli Jon Roth's work on "Catch Your Train." What a treat to finally appreciate it now!

After 18's graduation, I find myself 24 hrs & 250 miles south of Friday's events. 16 has his shotgun competition. Unfortunately, he as been sick & not well rested, and his scores indicate such. But he's been a trooper, and has battled through.
Friday afternoon was 18's celebration of her journey from child to adolescent, and now to adult. I'm proud of her discipline to achieve along the way as she graduated HS with honors. Look forward to seeing her strive for success in college and beyond.
He's our little "Rat Dawg" since he isn't much bigger than a rat. But he's got plenty of charisma & charm. He always loves to grab a ride w/ me to drop off the boy at school.

Time to start a new season with the 4H Shotgunwebsite for the boy in year 4. Need to blow off all the rust & shake off the cob webs. Plus, another Christmas present needs to be broken in - all he wanted was an over-under this year.
If an IRS agent audits my taxes, that would suck! I'd dread it, but wouldn't fear it - nothing to hide. But if a Presidential appointed auditor does that to an "agency," that isn't democracy? What a joke!
Only illegal activity has to worry, not legitimate acts!
