Well it's our version of it to be sure. But I couldn't help but walk around last night and feel all of the feels for how far things have come. And then today @Veolia announced they are moving into the hood too!

The new neighbors change the narrative of real estate stories past & reinvest in what made the area special - the night market & the tiny upstarts that took a chance on The Avenue when no one else would!
New corporations relocate their headquarters & major operations to the area in the hopes of being in the middle of the action. —> Effectively gentrifying the little businesses out of the area - 2021 - 2023
