Again ... There are no new rules from the EU, only the ones that have always been there.   In fact, they're ones which the UK helped to impose to protect the SM and CU.   Now that we're not part of the EU, they apply to us. It's not difficult to understand, surely.

The French police have just illegally stopped me and my friends, despite us holding press credentials and working as bona fide journalists. They’ve also seized my gas mask, which I believe is an attempt to obstruct our ability to report freely. So much for freedom of the press.
