for anyone curious about how my life is atm - i have permanent pain through my legs. transitioning from sitting, standing, or laying down brings excruciating pain. i can’t bend or twist. i walk around with a cane which helps a little bit. i can’t move around in my bed. getting out of bed requires me to use a special maneuver. if i stand longer than 5-10mins i get an electrocution feeling in my lower back and my legs start to tremble.
