I’m tired of this narrative, Liz has hurt many training partners but she’s never hurt me or Jena in sparring. This is from the last time they trained together, back in 2023, first time they trained had to be like 2021. Don’t understand why this keeps getting brought up.

Hi so @Disney this is why Tiana matters… stop the bullshit and give her more.

Angela Hill beating up Xiong Jingnan with an underhook & collar tie
Underhook/collar tie is often more stable than a double collar tie, since your hook keeps you connected and tight on one side, while the collar tie frames, creating space to strike.
The DCT leaves space for the opponent's shoulders to wiggle through & makes it harder to pin them to the cage, while double underhooks leaves you too close to strike with power

Show me another Black female MMA fighter who did what Angela Hill has done.
Cut by the premier MMA league, won the Invicta Strawweight title, forced her way back to the UFC, and is still holding down a Top 14 spot in her 40s, and that is just the stuff we know.
