I am raising this as a concerned citizen, not politically. @CMOTamilnadu @TNDIPRNEWS A Government video has shown the face of a minor girl and marked her statement as “misleading,” though her claim appears correct. This may violate POCSO Act, Section 23 and Juvenile Justice Act, 2015, Section 74, which prohibit disclosing a child’s identity, including her photograph, and protect her privacy, dignity, and well-being. Showing her face can identify her and expose her to stigma and harassment. urgently review the video, remove or blur the minor’s face, and confirm whether legal permission was obtained before publishing it. Children must be protected, not publicly debated.

Not every happy ending makes you emotional, but this one really does! 🥹6yr old little girl from the Panchkula school incident has finally recovered and made it back home. Just look at how many people turned up to welcome her. After everything this little girl has been through, seeing her back home, surrounded by so much love, honestly feels so special. ❤️
