Coincidentally i was tackling complex mech rigging and recreated @AnimSebs mech foot grounding mechanism they shared some days back, simpler than it looks #Rigging #blender

I did some animation in this video!! I also did the storyboards/action design for this part of the scene as well hehe It took a lot of work from the team to finish it in time. I have a full time job so I had like to take hours anywhere I could outside that. I hope y'all enjoy!!

We've been using this trick at the studio for a while now and it's useful even in long haired characters! love to see it getting shared more ♥️

The artist urge to redesign one’s OCs 5 times a day isn’t talked about enough. It’s real. It’s happening to me. I’m scared.

alright gonna be real on main for a sec This is THE project for which I started 3D all those years ago, "just my OC being badass with a scythe" is not allat on its own I know but being decent enough to finally bring it all together and then doing so has been quite the journey

Bottom line the biggest lesson I learned from this was to just sit down and do the work 💀 even when I got bored to death of it, and boy was I procrastinating on it for YEARS
