Michael Myers has entered the chat…
Agradezco mucho que esta película si tuvo a los titulares enfrentandose y no el cliché de que algo peor los obliga a unirse.

disney tried really hard making maggie a hit as shown from this promo, this magazine image, and that one theme music video the only recorded ratings was when it premiered on ABC Kids, where it actually was a huge success, but i guess on disney channel proper, they sunk hard
the buzz on maggie premiere promo - disney channel (2005)

We’re really going after people for paying condolences now?
I don't do these kinds of tweets, but oh, boy. Look who showed his face again after 3 years to pay his respects to Eric Bauza.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Walter Koenig’s passing. Although we did not know each other well away from the set, we shared the later seasons of the original Star Trek series and the six films that followed. What I observed, and what so many fans have expressed over the years, was a man who genuinely loved the Star Trek community. At conventions, Walter was rarely content to remain behind a signing table. He preferred to be among the people who had kept Star Trek alive for so many decades. That kind of genuine connection is rare, and it will be remembered by everyone who came into contact with him. My condolences to his family, his friends, and the countless fans whose lives he touched.

Fuck do you mean supposedly is he still out there
On this day, 43 years ago, we supposedly lost Otto Messmer. He co-created Felix the Cat.

Sally Field says Robin Williams shut down filming on Mrs. Doubtfire for the day when he found out her father had just died "I got a call from the doctor that my father had had another massive stroke." "But please lean down and tell him that Sally says goodbye." "I was doing the scene about the kids being taken away from the father. It was what happened to my father." "And Robin turned around and said, that's it for the day, guys. We're just wrapped here. We're done for the day." She went straight from that phone call to a scene about a family getting split up, and she was a child of divorce herself. Nobody on that set knew. Robin just noticed something was off and asked her. Then he did the one thing the guy at the top of the call sheet can always do. He ended the day and walked her out himself. More than thirty years later she still tells it like it happened last week. ft: @people People on youtube

Every time I watch this movie I become more convinced that it is actually a piece of undiscovered, prophetic comedy genius and in about 50 years it'll be in the Criterion Collection next to Chaplin's Modern Times.
This movie’s jokes sometimes are so fucking stupid they loop back around to being genius “Yes but not THIS Philippines” has stupid amounts of comedic potential

According to a little anecdote from director Gore Verbinsky, director of the first three "Pirates of the Caribbean" films Geoffrey Rush (better known as Captain Hector Barbossa) was aware of the fact that, in the Western world, viewers habitually follow a film by looking at the screen from left to right, just like books. In the scenes he always tried to stand on the left side of each frame to keep the audience's attention on his performance. His attempts increased in intensity during the scenes he shared with Keira Knightley and the monkey. The reason? According to the director, the answer was: "I'm sharing the frame with a beautiful actress and a very nice monkey... who would ever look at me?"

Scott: There's an old, old saying on Earth, Mr. Sulu: "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me." Chekov: I know this saying. It was invented in Russia. RIP #WalterKoenig

We have this discussion every week, man. I'm so tired of it. Animation studios like GLITCH drop merch every episode so they can fund their shows and pay animators, not because of some cartoonish villian greed. It's really that simple.
An example as to why not every """indie""" animation needs to have a million dollar animation budget
