Today at the gym,
Went to the dumbbell rack to pick up some dumbbells, and a guy was working out there, shirtless.
Immediately realised clothes weren’t invented to cover our private parts. They were invented to save us from that disgusting human body odour.
Please wear deodorant whenever go to the gym.
It’s been raining continuously in Lucknow. But will that stop us from going to the gym? Definitely not.
One thing I’ve noticed about Lucknow is that even after hours of rain, there’s hardly any waterlogging on the roads like it does in any other city in India. The roads look like nothing happened.
This is Bank Merger 2.0.

That is why I always tell people to stay low key. Even if someone shouts at you, stay calm.
Parking dispute? Go park 100 metres away.
Dispute over a train seat? Inform the TC. Don’t engage.
Someone driving at 140 kmph overtakes you? Let them.
This country is not for sane people. Stay low key. Live in a gated society, avoid crowded places, and use those 5 minutes service apps whenever possible.
One small mistake, one unnecessary argument, and you could end up losing your life.
Last time, the X fam told me to:
• Go barefoot, so we did.
• Keep my back tighter, so we tried.
• Reduce the weight, but we didn’t. 😂
Watching the video, you can spot 89 things wrong with my form. But nothing that can’t be fixed with consistency and discipline. We train.
I’ve avoided training legs all my life. Even when I joined gym in the past, leg day meant nothing more than leg extensions.
The result? Weak legs and an overall weak body.
This time, we’re serious about building that dream physique. And it can’t happen without strong legs.
We’ve started taking leg day seriously. Currently squatting 50 kg, (including the bar of course).
Targeting 70 kg by the end of October.
Gym bros, do help with the form. (And Yes, this is not a secular gym). 😆
Photography inside bank branches is not allowed. These rules exist to prevent robberies, protect customer privacy and prevent misuse of images.
This small clip could help robbers identify potential security weaknesses in the premises, putting the life of Branch staffs and customers at risk.
Hey @canarabank, please look into this and take strict action.
This is your daily reminder to complete your 4L water intake.
Winter is coming, and soon you’ll have an excuse ready for not drinking enough water.
Don’t repeat the same mistake. Let’s get rid of that headache today.
Does anyone know why whey protein prices are going through the roof?
Because I went to buy whey protein from the same store again, and this time they quoted Rs. 8,400 for 2KG.
• That’s a Rs. 3,000 price hike in just 3 months.
• That’s almost Rs. 54 extra per serving considering you get 55 servings per 2KG pack.
Pre Covid, a 2KG pack used to cost Rs. 2,000.
Is it just happening in India, or are other countries seeing the same price hikes?
Now I no longer use dating apps, but back when I did, Tinder was the complete opposite of what I expected.
It was full of chapri girls who didn’t understand the concept of hookups. It was more like Jeevan Saathi. Everyone wanted to get married.
Bumble was where I found decent people. Eventually, I stopped using that too when the chapris started shifting there as well.
Meanwhile, Indian banks are suspending employees for updating their Social Media profiles without prior permission. 😂😂😂
Don’t companies like Microsoft and Google have policies against employees using their company’s name for personal gains?
Because I think many companies in India would just fire employees the very next day if they made a video of themselves working in the office, flaunting the company’s logo for personal gains.
