@HarmeetKDhillon just told me that she sat with Lesley Stahl for 30 minutes, and they only aired 90 seconds of the interview.
Harmeet called Lesley a "liar" multiple times, none of which aired during the segment.

JUST IN: Significant decision from the 10th Circuit: the 6 month "reasonable" period of detention for ICE detainees with final orders of removal does *not* reset over time.
The Trump admin had argued the 6 months reset everytime ICE redetained someone.

The Elizabeth Holmes story is incredibly boring at this point. She's a liar. The nature of her fraud is well-established. There's been so much media about her.

We had excellent argument today from DOJ...well done. So, I'm going to withdraw that order."
Just now: Judge Reyes withdraws her request for DOJ to re-file yesterday's submission with any other DOJ attorneys who are willing to sign it. Reyes says she made decision after thinking about it more, consulting with her clerks.
