I truly do hate @amazon. Of the last five orders, they screwed up five times. This year, I am finally cancelling prime subscription. They can't get it together? They put ads on prime video? I am not paying for their bad policies. Done.
Yeah, so, I needed to replace a (ruined) knit beanie, by today. Ordered from @amazon to get it first thing this morning. They DID NOT SEND IT, so I kept trying to cancel the order. It would not arrive on time. They refused cancellation. WTF? They screwed up. Not me.
