A Democrat committee subchair asked me if I don’t think she should be subchair just because she’s a Democrat.
Let me be VERY clear:
NO, I don’t. And I’m not afraid to say it.
SC has a REPUBLICAN SUPERMAJORITY, yet we’re handing out leadership roles to Democrats.
This isn’t how you win. This is how you LOSE a state.
Democrats never give Republicans power. They don’t bend, they don’t share, and they sure don’t apologize for it.
So why are Republicans in Columbia doing it?
Voters didn’t elect us to play nice.
They elected us to fight for conservative values, and that starts with actually leading.
Great things to come in 2027.

I’ve been fighting for taxpayers to keep more of their money from the very beginning, and I’ll keep fighting with your support this November 3rd!

It is not complicated, Dr Andrews.
When a child is placed on puberty blockers, then cross-sex hormones, then surgeries and lifelong follow-up care, the medical system bills for every appointment, prescription, lab, procedure, and complication.
This means there is a very real financial incentive to put children on a lifelong medical pathway instead of first treating the underlying distress with careful, comprehensive care.
Children are not a business model.
The real Annie supports irreversible harm to toddlers & children.
The REAL Dr. Annie Andrews fought to keep children on puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones with permanent consequences.
Anyone advocating to chemically or surgically alter healthy children in the name of gender affirming care has NO BUSINESS treating children or holding elected office.
South Carolinians can’t afford more of the same & we certainly can’t afford to move in the wrong direction.
Vote for Alan Wilson. He is for hardworking taxpayers, safer communities, and a South Carolina families can afford. November 3rd can’t come soon enough.
South Carolinians know how to spend their money better than government does.
As Governor, I’ll fight to eliminate the state income tax, rein in government spending, and put more of your hard-earned money back where it belongs: with you and your family.
That’s how we make South Carolina more affordable.
South Carolinians are tired of being told things are affordable while grocery bills, insurance, housing, and utility costs keep rising. Alan Wilson will put taxpayers first, NOT the lobbyists and insiders who benefit from the status quo. He has a plan to make SC safer and more affordable.
Why are taxpayers paying private groups’ operating costs while families are struggling?
For four years, I have voted against and called attention to this waste.
The SC Arts Commission made a small step in the right direction by denying taxpayer funding for a gay choir’s operating costs. This is fiscal responsibility, not homophobic.
This is only the tip of the iceberg. Stop the waste. Return money to taxpayers. Fund roads, public safety, and families; not private groups and programs that go against taxpayers’ values.

Only US citizens should be counted in the census. Make sure your voice is heard. 👇
Time is running out to have your voice heard on the changes to the census. It is absolutely critical that the 2030 census only counts people that are in a state LEGALLY!
If you agree, share your thoughts here: regulations.gov/document/USB…
There is nothing I wouldn’t do to protect a child from being sexually abused.
If a middle-school coach (Glenn) was removed from coaching because of inappropriate behavior, yet was still allowed to remain in the classroom, parents deserve answers.
What exactly happened? What safeguards were put in place? Who made the decision to keep him around children?
No school district should be allowed to quietly move a problem instead of protecting children.
THE MONEY IS THERE. LEADERSHIP JUST HAS TO ACT.
@AGAlanWilson is right, and @SCFreedomCaucus Chairman @JordanPaceSC has laid out a clear path forward: recall the Legislature, slash wasteful earmarks, reclaim hundreds of millions in unused agency funds, and return that money to South Carolina families through a gas-tax rebate. Where there’s a will there’s a way.
It’s your money. Government shouldn’t be sitting on it.
Replying to @AGAlanWilson
@AGAlanWilson is right! I've requested that the SC Legislature be called back asap in order to provide relief to South Carolinians w/ a gas tax rebate paid for by slashing earmarks & reclaiming hundreds of millions of dollars that state agencies have been sitting on for years

Thanks to @CharlieOnAir at News Talk WORD 98.9 for having me on today to talk about the state budget, earmarks, and how we’re spending YOUR money in Columbia.
I always enjoy talking with Charlie because he isn’t afraid to call balls and strikes, ask tough questions, and dig into what’s really happening at the State House.
If you’re outside the Upstate like I am, you can still listen to WORD on the Audacy app.
