Under 18 U.S.C. § 611, noncitizens are prohibited from voting in federal elections, including U.S. Senate races, subject to narrow exceptions.

By dismissing the case, the judge basically affirms the following statements:
✅The 2020 election was hacked, Dominion ran it, and he possessed electronic evidence proving the hack.
✅Texas hired Dominion to study the 2018 Dallas election, giving Dominion two years to reverse-engineer how to hack an election.
✅Dominion’s technology originated in Venezuela and was developed for Hugo Chávez to rig elections.
✅Smartmatic became Dominion through corporate transactions, carrying election-manipulation capabilities into U.S. elections.
✅Systems allowed administrators to override security and that weak security extended manipulation capabilities to foreign actors.
✅Dominion machines used an algorithm that weighted one candidate’s votes more heavily than another’s.
✅Trump’s support exceeded what the manipulation algorithm could overcome through smaller-scale cheating.
✅Georgia tabulating machine sent results to China and that he had personally seen photographs, computer forensics, and IP traces supporting that claim.
✅Dominion paid for a shredding truck to destroy 3,000 pounds of ballots, with payment connected to a Dominion credit card.
Recommendation: DHS needs to conduct professional, transparent Physical Configuration Audits of Dominion (aka Liberty Vote) tabulators performed all across America.

As a mother of four, I can’t imagine the fear these children must have felt. Every child deserves to be safe and protected. We have to care enough to speak up. These allegations demand answers. Our children must come before politics.
This whistleblower described unaccompanied children screaming, begging & clinging to the contractors who were paid by the Biden Admin to deliver them to their “families”. They were under orders not to engage with the children but were so disturbed they filed official reports with their supervisors. Joey was one of those supervisors & he was told to keep his mouth shut. He is speaking out because he is haunted by these reports & the horror of realizing the US govt was trafficking children. Where is the outrage from the open borders crowd? How come they care so much about “immigrants” but not about their children who come across the border to be handed off to people listed as a family member or parent, yet they have never met? If you are ignoring this because it makes Democrats look bad, shame on you.

This is the moment when the mainstreaming of the Muslim Brotherhood and its fronts, and bowing to their demands, began in America.
Six days after 3,000 Americans were murdered, Bush stood in a mosque and called Islam a religion of peace with CAIR’s Nihad Awad right behind him.
The hijackers weren’t one nationality. Saudi. Emirati. Egyptian. Lebanese. Pakistani mastermind. Yemeni coordinator. A French-Moroccan in the plot. Bin Laden, Saudi. Three of them studied in Germany.
Different passports. One ideology.
Awad came out of a Hamas-linked network. CAIR was later named an unindicted co-conspirator in America’s largest terror-financing trial.
Bush should have investigated CAIR. Instead, he gave them a platform.
