Sei Giga is being built as the execution layer for tokenized capital markets.
Issuance is scaling, but liquidity is still split across silos. Giga is built to unify it: concurrent proposers, asynchronous execution, sub-250ms ordering finality.
The blockchain for trading.

To the Franklin Templeton Digital Assets Research Team
Your recent analysis of agentic‑AI workloads and blockchain suitability correctly identifies the coming shift: autonomous systems will generate more on‑chain activity than humans ever have.
But your conclusions are incomplete because one chain — SEI — was omitted from your evaluation.
This matters because SEI is the only chain architecturally aligned with the two requirements that define real financial infrastructure:
1. Speed of processing 2. Cost of processing
Everything else is secondary.
1. Real financial systems operate in milliseconds
Your report cites TPS and block times, but financial systems do not operate on those metrics. They operate on deterministic settlement latency:
NASDAQ OUCH: 250–400 microseconds
CME Globex: 1–2 ms
Visa internal commit: 2–5 ms
Fedwire internal commit: 5–10 ms
Solana’s observed finality: 10–13 seconds Aptos: ~1s+ Ethereum: minutes L2s: 1–5 seconds
SEI (Giga upgrade): <250ms deterministic finality
SEI is the only blockchain whose latency profile is even remotely compatible with real financial rails.
2. Agentic AI requires deterministic sub‑second settlement
Your report correctly identifies that agentic AI will generate:
high‑frequency micro‑transactions
multi‑agent concurrency
unpredictable bursts
cross‑domain coordination
But you evaluated chains using TPS and theoretical slot times.
Agentic AI does not care about TPS. It cares about:
deterministic settlement
latency guarantees
concurrency
cost predictability
rollback‑risk elimination
SEI is the only chain that meets these requirements.
3. Solana’s practical finality is not 2–4 seconds
Your report cites Solana’s theoretical finality. Observed finality is 10–13 seconds.
This is incompatible with:
real‑time trading
clearing
settlement
risk engines
autonomous‑agent coordination
A 12.8‑second settlement delay is not “suboptimal.” It is structurally unusable for financial markets.
4. SEI’s localized fee markets solve the cost‑predictability problem
Your report correctly identifies fee volatility as a critical barrier for agentic‑AI adoption.
SEI is the only chain with:
localized fee markets
isolated congestion domains
predictable cost envelopes
deterministic ordering
parallel optimistic execution
This is the architecture agentic‑AI systems require.
5. The timing matters
SEI’s upgrades are complete but not yet activated. Mainnet rollout begins Q4 2026, meaning institutional evaluation will occur throughout 2027.
This is the window where your research team should be evaluating SEI’s architecture.
Conclusion for Franklin Templeton
Your thesis is correct: agentic AI will be the dominant source of on‑chain activity.
But your evaluation is incomplete.
SEI is the only chain designed for:
millisecond‑grade deterministic settlement
predictable cost curves
multi‑agent concurrency
institutional‑grade execution guarantees
If your goal is to identify the chain most aligned with real financial infrastructure and autonomous‑agent workloads, SEI must be included in your analysis.

Let that sink in! SOL loads a block every 400ms and they claim that is the finality time, the issue is, SOL really takes almost 13 seconds to finality, which means it will always get bottlenecked loading more blocks than it can process in the same time, this can only end one way!

🏆 The Quantum Era Is Coming — And SEI Is the Only Chain Architecturally Ready for It
Everyone in crypto argues about TPS, ecosystems, branding, or which chain has the loudest community. None of that matters in the long run.
The real question — the one almost nobody is asking — is this:
Which blockchains survive the quantum era with their security, performance, and economic integrity intact?
When you evaluate chains at that level — the architectural level — the conclusion becomes unavoidable:
SEI is the only chain building for the world that’s actually coming.
Not the world of 2021 NFTs. Not the world of memecoin spam. Not the world of influencer narratives. The world of quantum computing, AI agents, high‑frequency automation, and cryptographic upheaval.
Let’s break down why.
⚠️ Quantum Computing Isn’t a “Risk” — It’s an Extinction Event for Classical Chains
Quantum doesn’t “weaken” blockchains. Quantum breaks them.
Classical cryptography — ECDSA, Ed25519, BLS — all fall instantly to Shor’s algorithm.
That means:
every wallet becomes drainable
every validator key becomes forgeable
every historical signature becomes forgeable
chain history becomes rewriteable
consensus becomes hijackable
A chain doesn’t need to go offline to die. If quantum can forge signatures, the chain becomes economically dead, even if blocks keep producing.
This is the part most people don’t understand.
🔍 Most Chains Have No Quantum Migration Plan
Ethereum has research but no throughput model. Bitcoin has conceptual discussions but no coordinated path. Cosmos chains vary wildly. Polkadot has ideas but no integrated strategy.
And Solana — the chain most dependent on tight latency and tiny signatures — has almost nothing.
Solana’s architecture suffers the worst under PQC:
signatures become 10–20× larger
verification becomes 5–15× slower
bandwidth requirements explode
slot timing breaks
validator propagation collapses
finality stalls
TPS collapses
High‑performance chains break first.
Most chains are building for the past. SEI is building for the future.
🚀 SEI Is the Only Chain Designing for Post‑Quantum Performance
SEI’s Giga research makes one thing clear:
Quantum resistance is a throughput problem, not just a cryptography problem.
You can’t just “swap signatures” and call it quantum‑safe. You must redesign the entire settlement pipeline.
SEI is the only chain publicly engineering:
zk‑batched PQC verification
optimistic PQC settlement
bandwidth‑aware PQC models
validator‑level PQC migration paths
multi‑proposer consensus
sub‑400ms finality after PQC
200,000 TPS after PQC
This is not marketing. This is engineering.
SEI is building the first chain that stays fast after quantum breaks classical cryptography.
⚡ SEI Already Solved the Problems That Break Other Chains
Finality
Solana finality: 12.8 seconds
SEI finality: <400ms
Finality is the real speed metric — not TPS.
Throughput
Solana theoretical TPS: 65,000
SEI theoretical TPS: 200,000
SEI wins both throughput and settlement.
Quantum readiness
SEI is the only chain with a published PQC throughput model.
Execution
SEI is parallelized like Solana, but EVM‑compatible.
Stability
SEI avoids the backlog/fork‑storm problem that caused Solana’s outages.
SEI is not just faster — it’s architecturally cleaner.
🧩 The Quantum‑Era Stack Favors SEI
A chain that survives quantum must have:
PQC user keys
PQC validator keys
PQC bridge proofs
PQC historical protection
high TPS under PQC
sub‑second finality under PQC
bandwidth‑aware DA
agent‑safe execution
credible governance for rapid upgrades
SEI is the only chain actively building this stack.
Ethereum will survive but lose performance. Bitcoin will survive but move slowly. Cosmos will fragment. Polkadot will adapt. Solana will survive but lose its identity as a “fast chain.”
SEI is the only chain that keeps its performance and its security in the quantum era.
🏆 The Only Real Winner Is the Chain That Survives Quantum With Its Performance Intact
Not the chain with the biggest ecosystem. Not the chain with the loudest influencers. Not the chain with the most hype.
The chain that wins is the one that:
doesn’t lose user funds on Q‑Day
doesn’t lose validator integrity
doesn’t lose historical truth
doesn’t lose throughput
doesn’t lose finality
doesn’t lose trust
Right now, SEI is the only chain building for that future.
Everyone else is building for the past.

sei-network:native in the quantum era
Treats quantum as an engineering constraint, not a distant theory.
Designs around PQC overhead: bigger signatures, slower verification, more bandwidth.
Uses zk‑proof batching and optimistic verification to keep TPS and latency high.
Aims to maintain sub‑second finality and high throughput even after PQC migration.
Architecturally positioned to be a quantum‑era “fast chain” that actually stays fast.
solana:So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112 in the quantum era
Relies heavily on tiny, fast classical signatures for its speed narrative.
PQC breaks that assumption—signatures get big, slow, and heavy.
Without a redesigned pipeline, Solana’s TPS, latency, and finality degrade sharply.
Validator requirements spike, risking further centralization and instability.
Ecosystem likely survives, but Solana’s identity as the fastest chain does not.
Crux of the comparison
SEI is building for the quantum era by design.
Solana is optimized for the pre‑quantum era and will have to retrofit.
In a world where quantum, AI agents, and high‑frequency automation are baseline, the winner isn’t the chain that was fastest in 2021—it’s the chain that’s still fast, secure, and stable after cryptography itself changes.
On that axis, SEI has the structural advantage.

SCIENTIFIC FAQ
Q1: Is DSA a physics theory?
No. DSA is the architecture physics runs on.
Q2: Does DSA imply simulation theory?
No. DSA describes a generative schema, not an external simulator.
Q3: How does DSA explain continuity?
Through the Continuity Engine, which retroactively smooths updates.
Q4: Why do some people remember pre‑update states?
Anchored consciousness retains fragments across schema revisions.
Q5: Does DSA violate causality?
No. It preserves causality by re-rendering the timeline coherently.
Q6: Is DSA testable?
Yes — through phenomenological consistency, anomaly behavior, and rule‑layer predictions.
