Hi, I'm Ari — I run Flexible Media Group, and this is what we do. We help businesses grow through organic content and paid ads. That means everything from filming and editing content for your social media, to building out a full digital marketing strategy, to running Meta ads that actually bring in clients. This video is a look at some of the work we've done — real projects, real results, no fluff. If your business isn't showing up online the way it should be, or you're posting but not seeing results, that's exactly what we fix. Let's talk. #marketing #organiccontent #Business

Every man wants to date a slightly toxic, playful and hot girl. But he'll marry a boring one because building a family isn’t the same game.

Free upgrades that make your life feel 10x richer: - Sleep 8 hours - Keep your home clean - Walk outside every day - Scroll less, create more - Spend time with people who push you forward - Drink more water - Put your phone away during meals You don't need more money to feel rich. Start with these.

4 habits that will put you ahead of most people: 1Keep showing up.
In business, relationships, the gym. Most people quit fast. Showing up alone puts you ahead. 2Have a purpose.
A man without a purpose becomes more feminine. Without your own plan, you're building someone else's dream. Starting my business felt like a second birthday. 3Never give up.
Everyone has problems. Everyone has trauma. You still have years to fix it and build a better life. 4Be a good human.
Finding a pro is easy. Finding a good person to work with is hard. Do these 4, and you win.

Habits of people who never stress about money (you don’t have to be rich for that) They spend less than they make They don't buy things for status They invest every month, even small amounts They keep 3–6 months of savings for emergencies They pay off their credit cards in full They know exactly where their money goes None of this requires a big salary. It just takes discipline.

Funny videos = top of the funnel. Relationship content isn't even my niche, but it pulls the most attention. My job is to move those people down the funnel. Post only funny stuff, and people come just to laugh. Mix it up. My page shows how.

Second month of posting 3 shorts every single day. Last month I got 5 leads, 1 business meeting and 1 sale, all from organic content. Who else is doing Alex Hormozi's 100-day challenge?

I posted 3 pieces of content every single day for 30 days, across 7 social media platforms — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, YouTube, and TikTok. Here’s the content marketing strategy behind it, and what actually happened. Most content strategy advice stops at “post consistently.” Mine went further: every piece of content was built to do one specific job — top of the funnel to earn attention, middle of the funnel to build trust, or bottom of the funnel to turn that attention into a conversation. That’s the content funnel framework behind this whole experiment. Over 30 days, that added up to 651 posts and 270K+ views and impressions combined across every platform. On paper, that’s a strong social media growth result for a small business account. But growing views isn’t the same as growing a business. Out of all that reach, I generated 5 leads — and for the amount of content and effort that went in, I consider that a modest result, not something to brag about. Here’s the part that mattered more than the numbers. The biggest result didn’t come from my biggest platform. It came from TikTok, where I had just 204 followers and genuinely expected nothing. A local business owner saw one of my top-of-funnel videos, reached out, and we had a real business meeting. That single interaction was worth more than tens of thousands of views anywhere else. That’s the core lesson in this experiment, and it’s one every small business owner or entrepreneur doing content marketing should sit with: follower count is not what predicts whether social media turns into clients. Attention is. Attention can come from an account with 90 followers just as easily as one with tens of thousands — the Facebook lead that became a $600 client happened at only 90 followers. If you’re a local business or an entrepreneur trying to turn content and social media marketing into actual clients — not just views — that’s exactly what I help people build: a content funnel that earns attention and routes it toward real conversations, not just impressions. Send me a message if you want help building that for your business. #ContentMarketingStrategy #ContentFunnel #SocialMediaGrowth #SmallBusinessMarketing #LeadGeneration #ContentStrategy

Things broke people buy that rich people don't. For last 5 years I’ve worked with both types of people as a content creator/marketer. This is what success people never do: - New cars on a 6-year loan - Lottery tickets every week - Clothes covered in big logos - Food delivery every single day - The newest iPhone every year - Stuff to impress people they don't even like Rich people buy time, health and assets. Broke people buy things to look rich.

I take off my iPhone case when I'm home so I can feel rich Does it work?

Creating value > chasing views. A viral video gets you attention for a day. A helpful video gets you a client for years. I'd rather have 300 views from local business owners than 300K from random people who'll forget me tomorrow (already tried) Make stuff that helps people. There is always someone who needs your help. Most people never wait that long because everyone is focusing on getting viral.

All content creators are lying to you. The "natural" hook.
The weird camera angle.
The "no filter, no makeup" video. All planned. All on purpose. And that's fine. Being authentic in 2026 takes strategy. You decide how people see you, because that's exactly how they'll remember you. Most people never think about it.

I posted 3 videos a day on every social media platform, and in this video I'm sharing exactly what happened. I tested Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, YouTube, and TikTok to see which platform actually works for growing a business and getting clients. I break down my results on each platform, what worked and what didn't, and how TikTok got me a client when I only had 200 followers. I also share the 3 types of content I post every day and how you can use the same content strategy across all platforms. If you're an entrepreneur, small business owner, or content creator trying to decide which social media platform to focus on, or wondering if posting every day is worth it, this video will show you what really happens when you post consistently everywhere. 0:00 Posting 3 videos a day on every platform 0:37 Facebook results 2:30 Instagram results 3:40 LinkedIn results 5:39 X (Twitter) results 6:42 Threads results 8:27 YouTube results 9:09 How TikTok got me a client with 200 followers 10:10 3 types of content I post every day 12:32 What I learned from posting everywhere #contentcreation #organiccontent #MarketingStrategy

#1 advice for local business owners: Stop chasing views. Educational boring content doesn’t make you very famous but it makes money for you. A client reached out to me when my TikTok had 203 followers. He didn't care about my numbers. He saw a few videos, understood what I do, and trusted me. You don't need to go viral. You need the right people to see you.

When you quit your job and start a business, so much hits you at once that half the time you don't know what you're doing. Somehow it still works out pretty well in the end.

I was invited to Arizona to create content for a retreat, and something funny happened. When you're somewhere this beautiful, you kind of become part of the place. I had my camera with me the whole time, but a few times I completely forgot to hit record because I was too busy just looking around. As a content creator it's easy to see everything through a lens. This trip reminded me that sometimes the best thing you can do is actually be there. If you're interested in the next retreat in Joshua Tree, send me a message.

So what happened to the Tate brothers? What’s the status now.

If you're starting a business, read this: You don't need: •A fancy office •An expensive camera •A perfect logo •10K followers You need: •One thing you're good at •A phone •The guts to post every day •People who trust you Everything else comes later.

Unpopular opinion: If you're a business owner, you don't need a massive audience or a viral video every time you post. What you need is: 1) A content system 2) Organic content + paid ads (meta only) 3) Local influence 4) A loyal audience 5) 2 cups of coffee ☕️
