Congratulations to Captain Sam Griffiths from 160th (Welsh) Brigade who was recently awarded a Coin for Excellence by the Chief of General Staff. The reason? For losing 50kg in weight to become a sub-elite level runner and compete in marathons around the world.
We spoke to Sam to find out about his journey, and he shared advice for others who may want to pursue similar goals in running!
