Binanceโ€™s $6.3 Billion Hacking Incident: Why the Future of Digital Currency Should Not Depend on Centralized Exchanges On October 29, 2026, Binance, one of the world's leading cryptocurrency trading platforms, reportedly experienced a major cybersecurity incident involving approximately $6.3 billion in digital assets. This incident once again raised serious concerns about the security of centralized cryptocurrency platforms and the risks associated with concentrating digital assets within centralized systems. However, this event should make us think beyond the security of one exchange. There is a much more fundamental question we need to consider: Is the ultimate purpose of digital currency to be traded and speculated on through exchanges, or to serve as a medium of exchange that enables people to transfer value directly to one another? 1. The Persistent Security Risks of Centralized Exchanges Over the years, the cryptocurrency industry has experienced repeated hacking incidents and major security breaches. Despite continuous technological improvements, cybersecurity threats have never completely disappeared. Attack methods are becoming increasingly sophisticated, targeting digital wallets, system vulnerabilities, authorization mechanisms, and third-party infrastructure. As digital asset holdings and transaction volumes expand, the potential financial consequences of security failures become increasingly significant. These events remind us that the future of digital currency should not be built around excessive dependence on centralized platforms. The question is not simply how to make centralized exchanges safer, but whether the entire digital currency economy should depend so heavily on them in the first place. 2. The True Purpose of Digital Currency Is to Serve as a Medium of Exchange What is the fundamental function of money? It is exchange. People use money to purchase goods, pay for services, and conduct business. Digital currencies should fulfill the same fundamental economic function. We should be building an economy that enables direct peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions: Consumers can pay merchants directly through their digital wallets. Merchants can pay suppliers directly. Individuals can transfer digital currency directly to one another. People across different countries can exchange value through blockchain networks. This means that not every digital currency transaction needs to pass through a centralized exchange. Direct wallet-to-wallet transactions are an essential application of digital currency as a medium of exchange. 3. Centralized Exchanges Can Exist, but They Should Not Become the Center of the Digital Currency Economy We do not deny the current role of centralized exchanges. At this stage, they continue to provide trading services, liquidity, and price discovery. However, centralized exchanges should not become the only center of the digital currency economy. As digital wallets, blockchain payments, and commercial applications develop, consumers and merchants, businesses and suppliers, and individuals around the world should increasingly be able to exchange value directly. Our long-term direction should be to reduce excessive dependence on centralized trading platforms and enable digital currencies to function independently as mediums of exchange. Of course, P2P transactions also require secure wallets, private-key protection, and reliable blockchain infrastructure. 4. Pi Network: Giving Ordinary People a Fair Opportunity to Participate in the Digital Economy One of the important aspects of Pi Network is its opportunity to bring ordinary people into the digital economy. The digital economy should not be a game reserved exclusively for wealthy investors, financial institutions, and professional traders. Ordinary workers, consumers, small business owners, and people without substantial financial resources should also have a fair opportunity to participate. Pi's relatively low participation barrier provides ordinary people around the world with an opportunity to access and participate in the emerging digital economy. This is why large-scale adoption is important. We need more users, more merchants, more wallet usage, more payment applications, and more real commercial transactions. At present, the Pi ecosystem still needs continued expansion, education, and practical application development. Our objective is to help Pi move beyond being merely a digital asset that people hold and toward becoming a digital currency that genuinely serves its function as a medium of exchange. 5. Moving from Exchange Prices to Real Economic Circulation This is precisely the direction that the Global GCV Movement has been promoting. Through GCV education, the Global Industry Alliance, merchandise exchanges, and practical payment applications, we aim to encourage the integration of Pi into real economic activities. Our goal is not to turn every Pioneer into a trader. Our goal is to enable more people to become consumers, merchants, service providers, and active participants in the digital economy. The future of digital currency should not be defined merely by numbers displayed on exchange platforms. It should be defined by the real exchange of value between people around the world. Exchanges may continue to exist, but they should not be a necessary condition for digital currencies to perform their economic functions. Peer-to-peer circulation, direct payments, real goods and services exchanges, and global commercial applications are the future we should work together to build. Let digital currency return to its fundamental purpose as a medium of exchange. Let ordinary people have a fair opportunity to participate. Let digital currency facilitate more direct value exchange throughout the global economy. We are not trying to create more traders. We are working toward an economy in which ordinary people around the world can become active participants in the digital economy. This is an important direction for the long-term development of Pi Network and the purpose behind the Global GCV Movement's commitment to GCV education and global economic ecosystem development. OFFICIAL APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT Mr. Brijesh Maloo Appointed Dean of the Global GCV Leadership School Global GCV Movement | Leadership Announcement I am pleased to officially welcome Mr. Brijesh Maloo as the Dean of the Global GCV Leadership School. I have known Mr. Maloo for approximately two years, and throughout this time, he has impressed me with his exceptional sincerity, humility, dedication, and commitment to personal growth. What makes him stand out is not simply that he listens, but that he reflects deeply on every lesson, puts what he learns into practice, and continuously examines and improves himself. He applies these principles to his daily life, business, working attitude, and interactions with others. As a result, his personal growth has been remarkable. Mr. Maloo once shared with me that he had quietly followed my work on X, carefully read my articles, and reflected on my teachings. During a difficult period in his business, when he faced the possibility of bankruptcy, he began applying these principles in his life and work. Over the following year, his circumstances improved significantly, his business recovered, and he returned to profitability. His experience strengthened his belief that genuine learning must lead to real action and practical results. This is also why he has continued to follow my guidance, even when I have offered him firm criticism. He understands that constructive criticism is an opportunity to learn, reflect, and become better. I consider Mr. Maloo an outstanding student and a committed educator who embodies the principles of continuous learning, self-discipline, and practical application. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Jason Wong, whose resignation from the Dean position was necessitated by a substantially increased workload and limited time. Jason has made valuable contributions to our community, and I sincerely thank him for his dedicated service. He will always be welcome to return and contribute whenever his circumstances allow. Mr. Maloo was recommended by Mr. Jason Wong, and his appointment has received my full support and the recognition of our Core Team. I am confident in his abilities, positive working attitude, and commitment to our educational mission. As Dean, Mr. Maloo will help lead the Global GCV Leadership School, strengthen our educational programs, and inspire more pioneers to transform knowledge into action, character into leadership, and personal growth into meaningful contributions to the community. I will give him my full support and confidence as he takes on this important responsibility. We look forward to welcoming Mr. Maloo to our upcoming Leadership School session, where he will participate in a special presentation and exchange with our community on the second Sunday from now. Congratulations, Mr. Brijesh Maloo! May you continue to grow in wisdom, strengthen your leadership, and help more pioneers develop the knowledge, discipline, and commitment needed to build a stronger Global GCV Movement. GCV Pioneer Community Education Series #142 Never Forget Your Roots: Gratitude, Integrity, and Respect In traditional Chinese culture, there are two important teachings: โ€œ้ฅฎๆฐดๆ€ๆบโ€ โ€” When drinking water, remember its source. โ€œๆปดๆฐดไน‹ๆฉ๏ผŒๅฝ“ๆถŒๆณ‰็›ธๆŠฅโ€ โ€” A drop of kindness should be repaid with a spring of gratitude. These teachings remind us that no matter how far we go or how much we achieve in life, we must never forget our roots. We must never forget our parents, our ancestors, our country, or the people who have helped us, supported us, and given us opportunities and trust along our journey. A person of good character understands gratitude. A person of wisdom knows how to appreciate others. And a person with true dignity respects those who have contributed to their growth. Everyone is entitled to different opinions, but nobody should abandon the fundamental principles of being a decent human being. If you disagree with certain ideas, you have every right to express your opinions. If you no longer agree with an organization's direction, you are free to leave and pursue your own path. These are fundamental freedoms that should be respected. However, disagreement does not give anyone the right to defame, insult, spread rumors about, or deliberately attack others. Choosing to leave an organization does not justify harming the people who once supported you and gave you opportunities. We must understand one important principle: Different opinions deserve respect. But ingratitude should never be encouraged, and personal freedom should never become an excuse for deliberately harming others. If someone builds their so-called success by attacking, undermining, or destroying other people, that success has already lost its true value. Genuine success should not be measured only by what a person achieves, but also by whether they maintain their integrity, conscience, and gratitude throughout their journey. In life, we should always remember three fundamental questions: - Where did we come from? - What made us who we are today? - Where are we going? This is also why any organization built upon shared values and common goals must have a clear founding vision, fundamental principles, and a consistent strategic direction. Everyone has the right to independent thinking and personal judgment. Everyone may choose a different path. However, when we voluntarily join an organization, we should respect its founding philosophy, organizational principles, and established direction. If our values and visions are no longer aligned, we can respectfully go our separate ways or maintain a cooperative relationship based on mutual respect. There is no need to attack one another, and certainly no need to use defamation or false accusations to discredit others. A person with genuine cultivation does not lose respect because of disagreements. A person with virtue does not forget kindness when personal interests change. A person with wisdom understands when to advance, when to step back, and how to remain grateful. We can pursue greater achievements in life, but we must never lose our roots. A person's greatest wealth is not merely knowledge, ability, position, or achievement. It is their character, conscience, integrity, and gratitude. Never forget your roots. Never forget those who helped you. Never sacrifice your principles and humanity in the pursuit of personal interests. This is the essence of true education and a principle of personal cultivation that we should uphold throughout our lives. Doris Yin

Why Does the World Need a Global Unified Digital Currency Payment Network? From Global Economic Challenges and Trade Imbalances to GCV, Pi Network, and Mass Adoption Author: Doris Yin 1. What Economic Challenges and Social Crises Is the World Facing? Today, countries around the world are facing varying degrees of economic pressure. Rising prices, increasing living costs, unaffordable housing, fewer employment opportunities, and declining purchasing power are affecting the lives of ordinary people. In particular, European countries such as France, Italy, Germany, and Spain have experienced protests and social conflicts over living costs, wages, employment, agricultural policies, and government economic policies. Other regions are also facing economic pressure, social tensions, and public dissatisfaction. These developments remind us of an important reality: when economic pressure continues to accumulate, ordinary people find it increasingly difficult to maintain their standard of living, and existing systems fail to respond adequately, social tensions can intensify. We must ask ourselves: Why does the world have such a highly interconnected economy while so many countries continue to face serious economic difficulties? Why does international trade continue to expand while ordinary people still bear the burden of rising prices, declining purchasing power, and increasing living costs? These challenges are closely related to the global economic structure, international trade, monetary systems, and financial settlement mechanisms. 2. The Relationship Between International Settlement Currencies, Trade Surpluses, and Trade Deficits International trade is a fundamental component of the global economy, while the international settlement currency system provides an essential foundation for global trade. Countries experience trade surpluses and trade deficits. Persistent, large-scale trade imbalances that are difficult to correct can intensify global economic imbalances and create different pressures for different countries. The position of international settlement currencies, capital flows, exchange rate fluctuations, debt structures, and national economic policies all influence how international trade and financial systems operate. For example, countries issuing major international settlement currencies may enjoy financing and payment conditions that differ from those available to other countries. Meanwhile, other countries may face pressures involving foreign exchange reserves, exchange rate volatility, import costs, and external debt. When some countries depend heavily on exports while others rely heavily on imports, structural imbalances can emerge in international economic relationships. Persistent trade imbalances can also increase financial market volatility, debt risks, and trade tensions. These developments can ultimately affect ordinary people's daily lives. Currency depreciation, for example, can increase the cost of imported goods and put upward pressure on the prices of energy, food, raw materials, and other necessities. Therefore, currency depreciation and economic pressure are not problems that any single country can always determine or resolve independently. In an interconnected global economy, international trade, settlement currencies, and global capital flows can all influence a country's economic stability. This is why we must examine the global economic system as a whole and explore more open, interconnected, and efficient international payment and settlement methods. 3. Why Does the World Need a Global Unified Digital Currency Payment Network? Traditional financial systems consist of different national currencies, banks, payment systems, and financial regulations. Cross-border payments often pass through multiple institutions and settlement procedures, creating additional costs, delays, and operational difficulties. For ordinary people, international remittances can involve additional fees. For merchants, the complexity of international settlements can increase operating costs. For the global economy, barriers between different payment systems can limit the efficiency of commercial activities. The world needs a digital payment network that connects people, businesses, and merchants across countries, allowing value to move more conveniently through global economic activities. A global digital currency payment network should aim to: Improve the efficiency of cross-border payments and settlements. Reduce unnecessary transaction costs. Connect consumers and merchants across different countries. Provide more convenient payment options for international business. Integrate the digital economy with real commercial activities. Give more ordinary people opportunities to participate in the global digital economy. The global economy has entered a new stage of digital development. We need more than technological innovation. We need new financial infrastructure capable of connecting global users, commercial activities, and economic opportunities. 4. Pi Network Is Not Intended to Replace National Sovereign Currencies, but to Complement Existing Systems One point must be made absolutely clear: Pi Network is not intended to replace any country's sovereign currency or conflict with the legal currencies of different nations. Its purpose is to complement the shortcomings of existing international payment and settlement systems, particularly in international trade. Every country has its own sovereign currency and financial system. Pi Network represents an opportunity to explore new possibilities in the digital economy, especially in cross-border payments, international trade, and global commercial connectivity. International trade affects not only economic relationships between countries but also the daily lives of ordinary people. Imports and exports, international settlement currencies, exchange rate fluctuations, and trade imbalances can all affect import costs, domestic prices, and the purchasing power of national currencies. Currency depreciation pressures are not always something a country can completely control on its own. They can be influenced by complex international economic relationships. Therefore, we need to explore more open and convenient international digital payment methods that help consumers and merchants in different countries conduct economic activities while complementing the limitations of traditional cross-border payment systems. Pi Network's objective is not to replace national fiat currencies, but to explore a digital economic development path that complements existing monetary systems. Its focus is on connecting global commerce and facilitating international economic participation, not opposing the sovereign currencies of any country. We should approach this development with openness, rationality, and cooperation, allowing digital technology to create new possibilities for international trade and global livelihoods. 5. Pi Network: Building a Global Digital Economy Ecosystem Pi Network's long-term vision goes beyond digital currency trading. It aims to build a digital economic ecosystem connecting pioneers, merchants, developers, applications, and real commercial activities worldwide. Through blockchain technology, user participation, merchant cooperation, and application development, Pi Network offers new opportunities for building the global digital economy. A genuinely thriving digital economic ecosystem requires more users, more participating merchants, more practical applications, and an expanding range of real commercial activities. Only when digital currency increasingly enters practical use cases can digital assets establish closer connections with the real economy. 6. GCV: Global Consensus Value GCV stands for Global Consensus Value. It represents the value consensus established and advocated by the global GCV community, with a reference value of 1 Pi = US$314,159. The Global GCV Movement promotes education, consensus-building, merchant cooperation, and real economic activities. Its mission is to help pioneers around the world understand the GCV concept and translate consensus into practical action. The development of GCV depends on the participation of pioneers worldwide. Through education, consensus-building, and ecosystem development, pioneers can help expand the reach of GCV and promote Pi's use in real commercial activities. 7. Pioneer Awareness Determines the Strength of Ecosystem Development Pi Network has been developing for many years, its technological foundation has continued to develop, and GCV has established its own consensus foundation. In my view, given Pi Network's existing technological capabilities, KYC and Migration could have progressed much faster. The issue that needs to be addressed is not simply technology, but why progress remains so slow and why the project team has been reluctant to proceed with large-scale migration. Many pioneers still regard Pi as an ordinary digital currency worth only a few cents. They focus exclusively on short-term market prices, chase rumors, and sometimes sell their Pi out of fear or even uninstall the application because they lack confidence. These behaviors reflect insufficient understanding of Pi's long-term vision among some pioneers and create uncertainty for the development of the entire ecosystem. Technology is the foundation. GCV is the consensus. Pioneer awareness is the driving force. Practical action is the key to ecosystem development. 8. What We Need Most Right Now Is KYC and Migration What we all need most right now is KYC and Migration. The reason progress has been slow lies in the uncertainty and risks brought about by pioneers, which have caused the project team to hesitate to carry out large-scale migration. Pioneers' awareness, behavior, and support for Pi's long-term vision directly affect the project team's assessment of the ecosystem's development prospects. Only when pioneers improve their awareness, build consensus, and strengthen confidence can this uncertainty be reduced, enabling the project team to accelerate KYC and Migration, promote ecosystem development, attract outside capital, and ultimately achieve Mass Adoption. 9. Promoting Real Commercial Applications and Mass Adoption The global digital economy cannot remain at the level of slogans and discussions. Ultimately, it must translate into real commercial activities. We need more users, more merchant partnerships, more practical applications, and more real transactions so that Pi can gradually become part of everyday life and commercial activities. For merchant partnerships, partial Pi payments combined with fiat currency should be adopted according to each merchant's actual business conditions. This approach can promote Pi's practical use while allowing merchants to retain the cash flow needed to pay taxes, replenish inventory, cover rent, and pay wages. Only by continually expanding practical applications and encouraging consumers, merchants, and developers to participate can we gradually build a sustainable economic ecosystem and create the conditions for Mass Adoption. 10. The Mission of Global GCV Education The Global GCV Movement continues to promote pioneer education to help pioneers improve their understanding, build consensus, understand the long-term vision, and translate these ideas into practical action. Every pioneer should study Pi Network's long-term vision, carefully learn the GCV educational materials, actively share relevant ideas, support merchant partnerships, promote practical applications, and devote more effort to ecosystem development. We need to build a global pioneer community with awareness, confidence, and a strong willingness to take action, transforming consensus into real momentum for ecosystem development. 11. A Call to People Worldwide: Learn About Pi Network and Explore New Opportunities In the face of global economic pressure, international trade imbalances, currency depreciation, and rising living costs, we must recognize that many economic problems cannot be solved independently by any single country. Every country participates in international trade. International settlement currency systems, capital flows, exchange rate fluctuations, and global economic uncertainty can all affect a country's economic conditions. Even when people continue to protest, oppose policies, and voice their concerns, governments may not be able to independently change these deep-rooted structural problems. We need to seek new approaches rather than relying solely on confrontation, destruction, and protests to solve these problems. We need to proactively understand new technologies, explore new economic opportunities, and make more informed and responsible decisions about our future. Today, I sincerely call on ordinary people, citizens, and communities around the world to learn about Pi Network with an open mind and seriously study its principles, technology, and development vision. Pi Network offers ordinary people an opportunity to participate in a grassroots digital currency network through free mining. Those interested can learn about the participation process and applicable rules. For anyone considering purchasing Pi, it is equally important to understand market prices and associated risks and to make rational decisions based on their financial circumstances. Through broader participation, we hope to explore new economic opportunities based on digital technology and accessible to ordinary people. Through learning, consensus-building, participation, and practical applications, more people can understand digital currency, participate in the digital economy, and explore new possibilities for their future. Currency depreciation, economic imbalances, and structural problems within the global financial system will not automatically disappear simply because we choose to ignore them. If these problems remain unresolved for too long, economic pressures may continue to accumulate, social tensions may intensify, and more serious social instability could emerge, potentially increasing risks to food supplies and basic living necessities. We have already seen protests, riots, and social conflicts in some countries and regions. These developments remind us that we must examine deep-rooted economic challenges early and actively explore solutions rather than waiting until a crisis becomes more severe. Whether Pi Network can realize its long-term vision will depend on technological development, ecosystem building, practical applications, and the collective efforts of participants worldwide. Nevertheless, we can begin today by learning, studying carefully, making informed judgments, and exploring the new opportunities that the digital economy may offer. I call on people around the world: Do not simply wait for problems to occur, and do not remain confined to complaints and confrontation. Take responsibility for your own future. Learn about Pi Network, understand how free mining works, study the principles of the Global GCV Movement, and explore new economic opportunities with a rational and open mind. Through awareness, consensus, cooperation, and constructive participation, let us seek new paths for addressing global economic challenges and expand opportunities for ordinary people to participate in the digital economy. Together, let us explore a more open and interconnected global economic future. Conclusion: Building the Future of the Global Digital Economy Together From global economic pressures and international trade imbalances to the limitations of traditional payment systems, the world faces many important challenges that deserve serious consideration. A global digital currency payment network offers a new direction for connecting countries, users, and commercial activities. Pi Network provides a platform for pursuing this vision. GCV provides the value consensus of the global GCV community. Pioneer education, KYC, Migration, merchant partnerships, and practical applications are important components of ecosystem development. Technology is the foundation. GCV is the consensus. Pioneer awareness is the driving force. Real-world applications are the direction. Mass Adoption is the goal. Let pioneers around the world work together to improve awareness, build consensus, advance KYC and Migration, promote ecosystem development, and encourage greater participation from users, merchants, and outside capital. Let us work together to advance the global digital economy. Start by learning. Start by participating. Start by building. Let people around the world explore new opportunities in the digital economy together! One World. One Connected Economy. One Global Digital Currency Payment Network.

4. Doris Yin Wisdom Talk #25 Those Who Fail to Plan for the Future Will Face Problems in the Present From Global Economic Crises to Pi Network: Why the World Needs a More Inclusive Digital Economy Author: Doris Yin 1. What Lies Behind Today's Global Economic Crisis? Today, countries around the world are facing rising energy prices, increasing living costs, growing government debt, and pressure on the purchasing power of their currencies. In Europe, energy prices have been affected by geopolitical conflicts, wars, and disruptions in international energy markets. Rising energy costs increase production and transportation expenses, placing additional pressure on businesses and ordinary families. At the same time, some countries have relied heavily on public spending and social welfare programs. When economic growth slows, government revenues fall short, and public spending continues to rise, fiscal pressure becomes increasingly difficult to manage. Governments may borrow more to cover budget deficits. As debt grows, interest payments consume more public resources. If borrowing and monetary expansion continue without sufficient economic growth and productivity, inflation and currency depreciation may create further challenges. This is a chain of risks the world cannot afford to ignore: rising energy costs, mounting fiscal pressure, growing debt, and declining purchasing powerโ€”all of which can affect ordinary people's lives. 2. Why Can't Governments Solve Every Problem by Providing More Money? In the past, some governments responded to social pressure by increasing welfare payments, subsidies, and public spending. These measures can provide temporary relief, but they cannot replace sustainable economic growth. When government revenues are insufficient and borrowing becomes more expensive, even established welfare systems can face serious financial constraints. Money transfers may ease immediate hardship, but lasting prosperity requires productivity, business activity, employment opportunities, and a sustainable economic foundation. Ordinary people need more than temporary assistance. They need opportunities to participate in the economy, create value, earn income, and improve their lives. Instead of waiting for governments to solve every problem, we must also explore new economic models, new forms of cooperation, and new opportunities for participation. 3. How Do Exchange Rate Risks Affect Ordinary People? In today's interconnected economy, exchange rate fluctuations affect international trade, cross-border payments, business costs, and household purchasing power. When a country's currency depreciates, imported energy, food, and raw materials may become more expensive. When a currency appreciates, its exports may become more expensive for foreign buyers. Businesses that operate internationally must also manage currency conversion costs, settlement delays, and uncertainty about the value they will receive when a payment is completed. These challenges can affect not only large corporations, but also small businesses, merchants, and ordinary consumers. Global trade has become increasingly digital, and global payments need to evolve to meet the needs of a connected world. We need payment systems that can improve transaction efficiency, reduce unnecessary friction, and create more accessible opportunities for international economic cooperation. 4. Why Do We Need Pi Network? Pi Network offers ordinary people an opportunity to participate in the emerging digital economy. Through its global community, digital currency ecosystem, and developing merchant applications, Pi Network creates opportunities to explore new ways for users and businesses to connect, transact, and cooperate across borders. Where merchants and customers can transact directly in Pi, certain transactions may reduce their dependence on conventional currency conversion. This creates opportunities to explore alternative payment arrangements and potentially reduce some transaction costs. The broader opportunity lies in building an ecosystem where digital payments support real economic activityโ€”connecting users, merchants, products, and services across different markets. Through community education, merchant cooperation, and practical applications, pioneers can move beyond simply holding digital currency and begin exploring how to participate in economic development. Pi Network's long-term opportunity lies not only in digital currency, but also in its potential to connect people, support commercial activity, and expand access to the digital economy. The Global GCV Movement promotes GCV education, merchant cooperation, and practical economic applications. Our goal is to encourage pioneers to participate in building an ecosystem that connects digital value with real-world economic activity. 5. How Can We Build a More Inclusive Economic Future? The global economic challenges we face today remind us that governments cannot rely indefinitely on borrowing, families cannot depend entirely on subsidies, and businesses cannot ignore rising costs and financial risks. The world needs new ideas, stronger cooperation, and digital infrastructure that serves real economic needs. Pi Network provides a new avenue for ordinary people to explore participation in the digital economy. Through pioneer education, merchant partnerships, digital payment applications, and ecosystem development, we can work toward a more inclusive economic model. The future depends not only on governments and large corporations, but also on the ability of ordinary people to learn, cooperate, innovate, and create value together. True foresight means preparing for tomorrow's challenges todayโ€”not waiting until a crisis has already arrived. Instead of asking only what the world can give us, we should ask what we can build together. Through Pi Network, GCV education, and global merchant cooperation, we can explore new opportunities for ordinary people to participate in economic development, create value, and improve their lives. The goal is clear: a more inclusive digital economy in which more people have the opportunity to participate, contribute, and benefit from economic progress. Spiritual Cultivation #5 Virtue, Karma, and the Wisdom of Forbearance Author: Doris Yin Another important principle is that when other people do something wrong, we should not spread their mistakes everywhere. This is a matter of virtue. We must preserve our own virtue. If you constantly talk about other people's faults, spread rumors, insult them, and publicize their mistakes, you will damage your own blessings and gradually exhaust the blessings you have accumulated. You may even turn your blessings into negative karma. Why is society's moral climate so poor today? Because too many people are eager to spread negative stories about others and expose their mistakes. Everyone has shortcomings, including ourselves. What good does it do to embarrass someone else? We should learn to put ourselves in other people's shoes. If we do not want others to expose our faults, we should not do the same to them. Of course, constructive criticism is acceptable, but personal attacks are not. We must never attack another person's character. If someone's mistakes have seriously misled others, we should point out the problems so people can understand the truth. I have seen many people attack, insult, and defame me. They make up stories and try to bring me down. But there is a profound principle behind this: their actions may actually help me. Why? When someone is unfairly attacked, those who spread malicious stories and insult others are creating negative karma for themselves. According to the Buddhist understanding of cause and effect, these actions may bring consequences in this life and future lives. Meanwhile, the person being attacked can turn these experiences into opportunities to cultivate merit, provided they remain open-minded and do not develop resentment. Do you understand? Other people's attacks may actually help you cultivate greater merit, become more successful, and move forward more smoothly in life. Your appearance and demeanor may even become more dignified and radiant. This is what Buddhism calls Kแนฃฤnti Pฤramitฤ, the Perfection of Forbearance. Sometimes, you do not even need to endure anything because you simply do not take these attacks to heart. You can smile and let them go. You can even be grateful because these experiences give you opportunities to cultivate yourself and deepen your spiritual practice. Only a foolish person believes that attacking others will guarantee success or bring them down. In reality, the other person may become even more successful because they have learned to remain calm, maintain a broad mind, and refuse to be controlled by others' negativity. Of course, if someone takes every insult to heart and cannot let go of the hurt, they may suffer serious psychological distress. This is why we must learn to protect our minds and not allow other people's behavior to destroy our inner peace. You must understand the principles of life, recognize cause and effect, preserve your virtue, and cultivate your mind without allowing resentment to take root. When you truly understand these principles, you will no longer be so troubled by other people's attacks or allow their words and actions to control your inner state. Do not spread other people's wrongdoing. Do not attack their character. Preserve your virtue and cultivate your own mind. This is true wisdom. โ€” Doris Yin

Doris Yin Wisdom Talk #26 Govern Your Own Thoughts and Let Go of Resentment We should not constantly wish for evil people to suffer bad consequences. If we hold on to such thoughts, we are also creating negative karma. When negative thoughts arise in our minds, we are planting negative seeds ourselves. Instead, we should maintain a compassionate and forgiving heart and sincerely hope that they can become better people. If they encounter difficulties, we should still do our best to forgive them and help them within our means. After all, helping them means letting them goโ€”and, at the same time, freeing ourselves. If we constantly think, โ€œI hope they suffer the consequences of their actions soon!โ€ that thought itself is also negative. Therefore, we must learn to let go and not allow resentment to take over our hearts. When we truly understand the laws of the universe, we recognize that whether a person does good or evil, their actions will ultimately have consequences. The universe follows its own laws. We do not need to impose our own thoughts or wishes upon others, nor should we spend our days hoping to see them punished. What we truly need to do is govern ourselves. Control your own thoughts. Do not harbor evil intentions. Do not create negative karma. Do not allow yourself to become trapped in resentment. Whether others experience the consequences of their actions is their own responsibility. The law of cause and effect follows its own principles. Whatever causes a person creates, they must ultimately face the corresponding consequences. Those who commit harmful acts must eventually take responsibility for the causes they have created. Today, I simply want to share one essential principle with everyone: Govern your own thoughts. Maintain compassion and forgiveness. Let go of resentment. Do not allow the wrongdoings of others to lead you into negative thoughts or cause you to create negative karma yourself. Author: Doris Yin

Doris Yin Wisdom Talk #24 Virtue Determines How Much Wealth You Can Carry Whether in Buddhism, Confucianism, or Taoism, there is a common teaching: Without sufficient virtue, wealth can become a disaster rather than a blessing. True wealth should bring peace, happiness, health, and longevity. Therefore, while pursuing financial freedom, we must also cultivate our character, moral values, and wisdom. Pi Network is not guaranteed to succeed. It is a grassroots-created digital currency that requires collective participation and real-world adoption. The Core Team builds and maintains the technology, while Pioneers contribute through education, awareness, and ecosystem development. If Pioneers themselves do not believe in Pi Network, how can we expect the outside world to recognize its value? We do not need to force everyone to stay or waste our energy on endless arguments. We need like-minded people and those who are willing to learn, have sound values, and are searching for opportunities. Our mission is not to retain everyone, but to help more people recognize the opportunity, understand its vision, and participate in building the ecosystem. Pi Networkโ€™s inclusive vision creates opportunities for ordinary people to participate in the digital economy. We should cherish this opportunity while developing the virtue to carry wealth and taking action to support long-term growth. Cultivate virtue before accumulating wealth. Improve your understanding before creating value. This is the wisdom we need on the journey toward true financial freedom. Doris Yin

๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ”ฅ EUROPEAN PIONEERS โ€” YOUR TIME TO RISE, YOUR TIME TO BUILD! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŒ Dear European Pioneers, It is a great pleasure to welcome you all! I have always loved traveling and exploring different cultures. I once took a 17-day cruise from Miami, USA, across the Atlantic Ocean to Europe. I visited France, Spain, Italy, and the beautiful Aegean Sea in Greece, and spent several days in Vatican City. These journeys deepened my appreciation for the rich history and diverse cultures of the world. I also have a particular interest in African history and culture. Today, I am delighted to connect with all of you, our European Pioneers! My message to you is simple: Do not remain spectators when you have the opportunity to become builders of the future! For a long time, some European Pioneers have been observing Pi Network's development from the sidelines. You may have been curious about GCV, waiting for more information, or wondering what role you could play. But by joining this group today, you have taken the first step toward active participation. You are showing your willingness to learn, understand, explore opportunities, and take responsibility for your own future. The future will not be built by those who simply wait. It will be built by those who learn, participate, cooperate, and take action! Dear pioneers from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and every other European country โ€” this is your invitation to step forward! Through the Global GCV Movement, let us unite European pioneers, promote GCV education, strengthen our community, expand the International Industry Alliance, and work together to advance the practical application of Pi. You do not need to know everything before you begin. What matters is your willingness to learn, your commitment to honesty and trustworthiness, and your determination to contribute. Here is how we can move forward together: Learn: Study the Pioneer Handbook, GCV Education Series, and official community educational materials. Participate: Share knowledge, engage in community discussions, and help more pioneers understand GCV. Build: Support the development of the Pi ecosystem and the International Industry Alliance. Take action: Contribute your time, skills, and ideas to real-world applications and community development. Lead by example: Be honest, trustworthy, responsible, and respectful in everything you do. Joining this group is only the beginning. Your commitment to learning and action will determine how much you can contribute and how far you can go. European Pioneers, I sincerely welcome you! Let us break through national and language barriers, connect our communities, and transform our shared vision into practical action. Every pioneer who is willing to learn and contribute can become part of this journey. ๐ŸŒ EUROPEAN PIONEERS, STEP FORWARD! ๐Ÿ”ฅ FROM OBSERVERS TO BUILDERS. FROM LEARNING TO ACTION. FROM INDIVIDUAL EFFORT TO GLOBAL COOPERATION! ๐Ÿค UNITE EUROPEAN PIONEERS. STRENGTHEN THE GLOBAL COMMUNITY. BUILD THE FUTURE TOGETHER! UNITED WE STAND, UNITED WE BUILD! Why Have I Blocked So Many People? The reason is simple: you cannot have a meaningful discussion with someone when there is no common foundation of knowledge or understanding. There is a Chinese saying: โ€œ็ง€ๆ‰้‡ๅˆฐๅ…ต๏ผŒๆœ‰็†่ฎฒไธๆธ….โ€ It means that when two people have no common ground for a rational discussion, even the most reasonable explanation can become pointless. I welcome questions, different opinions, and genuine discussions. However, there is a fundamental requirement: before debating Pi Network, you must first understand what Pi Network is and what I am actually discussing. Some people come to my posts without studying Pi Network or understanding the content I share. They simply approach Pi from the perspective of traditional cryptocurrency markets and assume that Pi is just another cryptocurrency. Their understanding is limited to what they already know, so they use that limited knowledge to argue against concepts they have never taken the time to understand. I have checked some of these people's social media accounts and found that they have never posted anything about Pi Network. Some appear to focus on other cryptocurrencies instead. Yet they come to my posts and argue as if they fully understand Pi. How can you debate something you have never seriously studied? If you have not taken the time to understand Pi Network, how can you meaningfully challenge my arguments about it? Another problem is that some people are unwilling to listen. There is a Chinese expression about a teapot that is already full: when the pot is full, you cannot pour any more water into it. In the same way, when someone's mind is already full of preconceived ideas, they cannot absorb new information because they refuse to listen or consider another perspective. There is no benefit in such an exchange. It wastes time and prevents meaningful communication. More importantly, my social media posts reach a large audience. When someone spreads misunderstandings or incorrect assumptions beneath my posts, other readers who are still learning about Pi may be misled. I have a responsibility to protect the quality of the educational environment I have worked so hard to build. That is why I choose to delete misleading comments and block accounts when necessary. Blocking someone does not mean I am afraid of debate. It means I will not allow endless, uninformed arguments to interfere with education. I welcome sincere questions. I welcome people who want to learn, understand, and exchange ideas respectfully. Nobody needs to agree with me on everything, but everyone should be willing to study the subject before attempting to challenge it. Here is my expectation: 1. First, learn about Pi Network. Do not judge Pi solely through the framework of traditional cryptocurrencies. 2. Second, read and understand the content being discussed. Do not argue against something you have not taken the time to understand. 3. Third, ask questions with an open mind. Be willing to listen, learn, and reconsider your assumptions. 4. Finally, engage in discussions based on knowledge and reasoning. Disagreement is welcome, but uninformed arguments that mislead others are not productive. I have devoted years to educating pioneers and promoting the long-term vision of Pi Network and the GCV Movement. My time and energy should be spent helping people learn and move forward, not repeating the same explanations to people who refuse to listen. Learn first. Understand first. Then debate. That is how meaningful discussions happen, that is how knowledge grows, and that is how we build a stronger and better-informed Pi community. โ€” Doris Yin
