This photo of Virat Kohli from 2016 stayed in my mind for years. I was in awe of that physique and even followed his workout videos.
Ten years later, I’m somewhere close to that version.

Cleanest October in terms of #AQI since 2018 in Delhi was primarily due to 127.5mm rainfall against the average of 15.1mm. Frequent Western Disturbances, Cyclone Arnab in later half helped to some extent.
