Ukraine’s CIA and MI6-trained black ops specialists are pretty routinely carrying out assassinations, attempted coups, and proxy invasions and it’s barely registering on the mainstream radar. Claimed examples of Iranian and Russian “hybrid warfare” pale in comparison…
Austria's law enforcement is investigating Ukrainian HUR officers that may have been sent to Vienna to kill a fugitive former high-ranking official. This is a description of their unit. It even has a Latin motto. kurier.at/chronik/wien/ukrai…

When I showed Munir Sirhan, Sirhan Sirhan’s brother, this picture for the first time, he gasped and said wow. If I didn’t know my brother so well, I would say that looked like him. And a glance, it did. This was Michael Wayne. He was handcuffed because people thought he was running a gun out of the pantry. He collided with somebody in the middle of the lobby and there may have been a handoff there because he clearly doesn’t have a gun now.

ROBIN COOK: DEAD MAN, SEALED FILE Robin Cook quit the government over a war he said was built on a lie. 2 years later he was dead on a Scottish hillside, and the case was shut before anyone finished their tea. In March 2003 Robin Cook stood up in the House of Commons @HouseofCommons and resigned as Leader of the House rather than back the Iraq War. MPs from every party gave him a standing ovation. That had never happened in that chamber before, and it has not happened since. For the next two years Robin Cook told anyone who would listen that Tony Blair had walked Britain into a war built on nothing. History eventually agreed with him. It did not save him. On 6 August 2005 Robin Cook was hillwalking with his wife Gaynor Cook on Ben Stack, a mountain in Sutherland. He collapsed with a heart attack, fell around 8 feet down a ridge, and was airlifted to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness. He was pronounced dead minutes after arriving. Days later a post mortem gave the cause as hypertensive heart disease. The Northern Constabulary treated it as a routine medical death and left it there. No inquest reopening. No criminal inquiry. A former Foreign Secretary who had spent two years humiliating the government over an illegal war dropped dead on one of the most remote hillsides in the country, and the file closed almost as fast as it opened. Here is the detail that rarely makes the story. Ben Stack sits inside the Reay Forest Estate, owned by the Grosvenor family. At the time Robin Cook died on that hill, Gerald Grosvenor, the 6th Duke of Westminster, was serving as assistant chief of the defence staff at the Ministry of Defence. Robin Cook died on land connected to a senior Ministry of Defence figure, two years after resigning over that same ministry's war. Norman Baker, the Liberal Democrat MP who later became a Home Office minister and spent years investigating the death of weapons inspector David Kelly, said in 2007 that Robin Cook had been on Ministry of Defence linked land when he died and that he had real doubts about the official account. Columnist David Aaronovitch (@DAaronovitch) called him a conspiracy theorist for saying it. That label has a habit of landing on the people asking questions, never on the people refusing to answer them. Then there is the part almost nobody covers. From 2020 onward, requests were filed with Police Scotland (@PoliceScotland) under Freedom of Information law for the basic facts of that day. What time officers were alerted. Whether witnesses were interviewed. Whether the hillwalker who helped Gaynor Cook down the mountain was ever identified. Police Scotland refused, arguing the requests repeated an earlier one. The Scottish Information Commissioner (@FOIScotland) told them that reasoning did not hold up. So Police Scotland switched tactics and refused the actual content instead, citing legal exemptions. The Commissioner upheld that refusal in Decision 074/2021 and again in Decision 011/2022. 20 years on, the basic facts of how a former Foreign Secretary died on a Scottish hillside remain sealed. Nobody had to cover anything up. They just had to outlast the people asking. SOURCES @HeraldScotland @thetimes @FOIScotland @PoliceScotland @BBC

DAWN STURGESS INQUIRY: THE WITNESSES WHO DIDN'T APPEAR It's two years since the inquiry into the death of Dawn Sturgess, allegedly killed by novichok four months after the Skripal Salisbury events of 2018, began public hearings. The witnesses it *didn't* speak to are notable. 1/6

The gun that made your death seem natural. In 1975, Congress pulled the agency into a public hearing. At one point, Senator Frank Church held a weapon up on live camera. A pistol with a scope, electric and silent. It fires a tiny dart, thinner than a hair. It barely breaks the skin. If the victim feels anything, it’s like a mosquito bite, nothing more. The dart itself leaves no trace, because it melts. But the poison does its work immediately. It breaks down in the blood until there is almost nothing left to find. It attacks your heart and leaves behind a dead body. What you find is a man who simply had a heart attack. What the CIA sees is an eliminated enemy. No wound, no weapon, no suspect. Just a healthy person who dropped dead, of “natural causes.” The real question isn’t whether the gun existed. It’s whether they’re still using it. And how many times has it been used already? This is what they revealed in 1975. Imagine what sort of weapon they’ve built by now, which we’ll only find out about in 50 to 100 years...

Four people around Danny Casolaro's case were already dead before he was found in the tub. Alan Standorf worked at Vint Hill Farm, the NSA listening post near Manassas. On January 29, 1991, he was found on the floor of his car at National Airport, hidden under a pile of luggage, killed by a blow to the head. Airport police called it a robbery homicide and said they saw no link to Casolaro. Octopus accounts say Standorf had been feeding him material on PROMIS and BCCI. That link was never proven. The death was never solved. Dennis Eisman, a Philadelphia lawyer, was found shot in his Porsche on April 23, 1991. No note. No one heard the shot. Ruled an apparent suicide. He was days from a federal indictment for drug conspiracy and money laundering. He had also been in contact with Casolaro and was reportedly about to represent Michael Riconosciuto, the technician who swore he modified PROMIS for intelligence use at the Cabazon reservation. Anson Ng, a Financial Times stringer, was shot once in the head in his Guatemala City apartment on July 29, 1991. Senator Alan Cranston said Ng was working a BCCI arms-trafficking story tied to the Guatemalan military, that friends described a professional hit, and that documents were missing from his desk. Guatemala called it common crime, then a lovers' quarrel. No bullet was recovered. Go back a decade and the reservation itself has a body count. On July 1, 1981, Cabazon vice chairman Fred Alvarez, Patricia Castro, and Ralph Boger were shot execution-style in a Rancho Mirage backyard. One round each. Alvarez had been threatening to expose reservation manager John Philip Nichols and the Cabazon-Wackenhut arms operation, the same cutout later tied to the PROMIS work. Standorf in January. Eisman in April. Ng on July 29. Casolaro on August 10. Alvarez, Castro, and Boger ten years earlier on the reservation where the software was allegedly modified. Different cities. Same closed files. Suicide, robbery, common crime. None of them testified.
Mark Lombardi was operating in the same space as Casolaro. He too was suicided. His art leaves a smoking gun to the network.

The wrists are the part that does not work in the "suicide" of Danny Casolaro. Casolaro was found naked in the tub at the Martinsburg Sheraton just before 1 p.m. on August 10, 1991. About a dozen cuts. Three or four on the right wrist, seven or eight on the left. Deep enough to hit tendon. Blood on the bathroom wall and floor. One housekeeper fainted when she opened the door. The note was not in the bathroom. It was on the breakfast table by the bed. Martinsburg paramedic Don Shirley told Spy he had never seen incisions that deep in a suicide, and that he did not know how Casolaro did not pass out from the pain after the first two. Both wrists were floppy. Once the tendons are cut, the hand cannot grip a blade. So the question is simple. Which wrist did he do first, and how did he finish the other one? A George Washington University pathologist who reviewed the autopsy said the same thing from the other direction. Suicides usually leave hesitation marks, small test slices, because people do not know how much pain they can take. Casolaro had none. He cut straight down to the tendons. A Martinsburg police captain described it to an FBI agent not as cuts but as a hacking or slashing motion. Authorities still called it suicide. No forced entry. No obvious struggle. Extra razor blades in their envelopes. Dr. Henry Lee later said the blood evidence was not inconsistent with suicide. The catch is what he was shown. Police gave him a reenactment video the FBI has refused to release, and withheld towels that had been used to wipe blood at the scene. A man who hated the sight of blood. A dozen tendon-deep slashes. No hesitation marks. A hacking pattern. Blood on the walls. The note in the other room. That is the scene they closed as a probable suicide.

Whitney Webb is explaining how Palantir was built. It is the same story Danny Casolaro died chasing, and Israel and Robert Maxwell are in the middle of it. Casolaro was found dead in a Martinsburg hotel bathtub on August 10, 1991. Wrists slashed a dozen times. Ruled a suicide. He had told his brother that if he turned up dead, it would not be an accident. The files for the book he called The Octopus were gone. What he was tracking was not one scandal. It was a network. The Inslaw/PROMIS theft. Iran-Contra. BCCI. The October Surprise allegations. Arms and intel cutouts like Cabazon-Wackenhut. A bankruptcy judge had already found the Justice Department obtained Inslaw's enhanced PROMIS by "trickery, fraud and deceit." That ruling was later tossed on jurisdiction, not on the facts. The allegation that stuck was that the software was backdoored and sold or given to foreign governments so intelligence services could read the databases it sat on. Israel was at the front of that list. Webb's Palantir history is that pattern, a decade later, with some of the same people. John Poindexter was the highest-ranking Reagan official indicted over Iran-Contra. After 9/11 he was put in charge of DARPA's Total Information Awareness, a dragnet built to fuse commercial and government data and predict crime and terror before they happened. Congress defunded it in 2003 after the backlash. The same year Peter Thiel incorporated Palantir. Richard Perle introduced Thiel and Alex Karp to Poindexter. Perle had already been caught in the 1970s passing classified material to the Israeli embassy, and he later had deep ties to Netanyahu's first government. Karp has said the CIA was the intended client from the start. In-Q-Tel, the CIA's venture arm, was an early backer. Palantir engineers were at Langley every other week in the early years. PROMIS was the 1980s case-management system allegedly turned into a spy tool. The claim Casolaro was chasing, and that Webb has documented, is that Robert Maxwell helped move the bugged version. A trapdoor was planted so Israeli intelligence could read any database the software touched, and Maxwell was the salesman who carried it to governments and institutions abroad. Palantir Gotham is the 2000s version of the same job. Stitch the databases. Surface the hidden links. Sell pre-crime as predictive policing. Same function. Private letterhead. So the constitutional fight Congress already won does not have to be refought. The part most people miss is at the end of the clip. Webb says CIA CIO Alan Wade, who helped shape the early Palantir product and had been inside the TIA world, teamed with Christine Maxwell on a homeland-security program called Chiliad. Christine is Robert Maxwell's daughter. The Maxwell family did not stop at Ghislaine. Robert Maxwell was tied to the PROMIS distribution story. His daughter shows up later on pre-crime software with a CIA official out of the same surveillance program Palantir was built to replace. So the chain runs like this. Stolen DOJ software in the 1980s. Robert Maxwell and Israeli intelligence on the backdoored version. Iran-Contra figures. Then the same Iran-Contra figure running TIA. Then a Maxwell daughter and a TIA-linked CIA official on pre-crime software. Then Palantir as the scaled private version, introduced by a man already tied to Israeli intelligence channels. Casolaro was trying to map the first half. He never got to the second half. Palantir did not exist yet. His files disappeared. The architecture did not. The Octopus was a thesis about a standing network that builds surveillance software, routes it through private cutouts, and uses Iran-Contra-era operators and Israeli intelligence partners to keep it off the books. PROMIS was tentacle one. Robert Maxwell was the courier. TIA was the failed government version. Palantir is tentacle two. The software Casolaro died investigating, after it learned to survive a congressional ban by becoming a company.
This is insane... Whitney Webb exposes the history of Palantir. Palantir started as a DARPA project. It was going to completely destroy our constitutional protections so it was quietly taken out of government and rebranded as a private company to do the EXACT same thing.

Let's talk about this New York Times headline, and what it reveals about bias, propaganda, and how corporate media cue you to get outraged about some violence and ignore others 🇺🇦🇵🇸 1) Let's start with the title: "Trapped in a Kill Zone, a Ukrainian City is Beginning to Starve". Check the incredibly emotive language. Barbaric Russia has turned an entire city into a "kill zone". I checked the archive, and the NY Times has NEVER described Gaza as a "kill zone," despite the numbers of slain there dwarfing Oleshky. In summary, the language spurs the reader to get outraged. "Something must be done about this" is the clear implication. 2) "Russian-occupied Oleshky" -- this is an accurate phrase, but telling nonetheless. Want to guess how many times the New York Times has used the phrase "Israeli-occupied Gaza" to describe the situation there? Zero. In fact, you have to go back to 1993 to see that phrase appear in the New York Times -- before most people reading this were probably born. Ask yourself why that is. How can the newspaper of record go 30+ years without using such a matter-of-fact phrase, while using it virtually daily when it comes to Russia 🇷🇺 and Ukraine 🇺🇦. 3) "Menaced" -- Again with the emotive language. I checked the New York Times archive database, and could find zero examples in the past 50 years of the Times using the word "menace" to describe what Israel is doing to Palestine, Lebanon, or any of its other neighbors. But Iran and Hamas? They were regularly described as not only a menace to Israel, but often the world. These things don't happen by accident, and they reveal the deep structural and ideological biases at play in media, even in something as short as a headline and subheadline. There is an enormous amount of information, views, and propaganda encoded in just a few words -- propaganda that you will unwittingly swallow unless you are critically assessing everything you read, see, and hear. 4) Finally, I have to comment on the image used to illustrate the article. The Azovstal Defenders were largely made up of men from the Azov Battalion, a Neo-Nazi paramilitary group that has been subsumed into the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In the years before the 2022 invasion, the New York Times accurately described them as Nazis, but that quibble has now been put to the side. 5) This is not meant to be an anti-Ukraine post, claiming they receive special treatment. I'm merely trying to highlight how corporate media frame certain wars, presenting certain invasions as outrageous war crimes, while sanitizing and tacitly supporting others. The key is to educate yourself in critical media literacy so you can see through the propaganda and make your own, informed judgements. See groups like @ProjectCensored and others for resources on media literacy.

While the UK public is scratching its collective head at the latest spook farce at RAF Fairford, it’s worth remembering that improbable stories are a longtime specialty of British officialdom. Take the 1978 case of Georgi Markov and the so-called “umbrella murder” where the public was told to believe that the KGB/Bulgarian intelligence assassinated a dissident playwright in a busy London thoroughfare with an umbrella gun that fired an amazing disappearing and reappearing bullet supposedly filled with ricin. That’s right. A tiny bullet seemingly lodged just under the skin of Markov’s leg that his attending physician failed to see during closeup examinations, which did not show up on an X-ray of the wound, and which an expert medical examiner failed to find during the autopsy… but which miraculously only turned up in a lab at the MoD chemical weapons facility at Porton Down. If you believe such tripe, I have a bridge to sell you. But the UK media has never yet been presented with a load of official claptrap that it won’t try to sell to the public.

Simon said he had more to reveal - but he has now been suicided.
I am the British whistleblower who reported evidence concerning Howard Lutnick, his links to Jeffrey Epstein, and Cantor Fitzgerald and BGC to the FBI in 2020–21. Listen to the BBC File on 4 documentary about my whistleblower story: bbc.com/audio/play/m002yx47 BBC News: bbc.com/news/articles/c9q28d… I later shared evidence with the House Oversight Committee, which subsequently questioned Lutnick behind closed doors. My disclosures also contributed to regulatory action in the US and UK, including a £96m HMRC tax assessment relating to BGC’s partnership scheme. I believe the true tax exposure is substantially higher. I also reported to the FBI and financial regulators matters involving Cantor Fitzgerald’s Relief Fund and BGC/Cantor’s annual 9/11 Charity Day. The personal consequences of whistleblowing, and the retaliation I say followed, have been devastating for my family and me. Mother Jones previously reported that documents I uncovered revealed a years-long business tie between Howard Lutnick, Cantor Fitzgerald and Jeffrey Epstein through AdFin, including a 2018 exchange in which Lutnick and Epstein discussed the company directly: motherjones.com/politics/202… motherjones.com/politics/202… Follow me here on X and on LinkedIn. I intend to share more of the evidence and the story behind what happened.

“Revelation of the method” or an example of there just being several well-documented techniques for manipulating populations that writers—like government planners—draw upon? For this episode, Gilligan was borrowing the very real Operation Northwoods false flag principle of the US DoD & CIA as a plot device. What looks a lot more like specific “predictive programming” was the 2017 TV show Strike Back, which had a plot line featuring parallels to the Salisbury Poisonings affair that occurred in England a few months later. That season's narrative arc included the theft and deployment of a Soviet-era nerve agent, with part of the action taking place in the UK. Specifically, the show described the poison as “novichok” — a chemical virtually unknown to the general public at the time of broadcast but soon to become infamous. @timtron2020
Before he created "Breaking Bad," Vince Gilligan co-wrote a TV episode about a hijacked passenger plane flying straight toward the World Trade Center. It premiered six months before 9/11. In the story, a secret group inside the U.S. government takes remote control of a Boeing 727 full of passengers. The plan is to crash it into the Twin Towers, blame foreign terrorists, and start a profitable war. More than 13 million people watched it. The show was canceled a few months later, and most people forgot it ever existed. On September 11, Gilligan watched the attacks on CNN like everyone else. As he looked at the smoke rising from the towers, one thought hit him: "Wait a minute. We wrote this."
