R. 🐠🐺🍎

( ;´ - `;) You are the most spherical, rotund, Valko that I've ever received via mail and I love you so much 😭💕 #ValkoIsLoved #BringBackValko

Artists have the creative freedom to draw what they want. They've spent years of discipline honing their craft to bring forth their creations to invoke a plethora of emotions: joy, passion, laughter, angst, etc. Yet the LADS fandom proves that no matter what you do, there's going to be a loud vocal minority cussing and hissing like foul beasts that have yet to realise the consequences of their words. Not to say that this doesn't also exist in other fandom spaces, but the discourse within this fandom (on whatever 'side' they are) is tiring. A decent human being would regulate their emotions and take the necessary steps to remove themselves, or others (by blocking), to curate their space. A decent human being wouldn't antagonize artists online because they now draw something they dislike, let alone others who share the same fandom space as them. Harassing someone to that degree only highlights how closed-minded a person can be - that they would rather string together deplorable words for a moment of self-gratifying attention than display basic human decency, choosing instead to wallow in toxic filth. Whatever 'side' an artist takes, they do not deserve any form of harassment. Ever.
