I finished LOTR two days ago. Don’t ask me why I’ve never read it before, just one of those things I never got around to. Anyway, holy shit, it’s left me with some kind of reading paralysis - like it was so good, so intense, that I’ve nothing left for starting another book now.

Don’t think I can be too upset at losing away to Arsenal like that. A draw would have been a decent result, but them needing some sketchy officiating to help them get the win suggests we’re in a relatively good spot. Just need some luck with injuries though 😬

Anyway, in the meantime we can have a good old laugh at Monaco. A club who HAD to make a big value sale this window, were nailed on to do so with either Camara or Balogun, and managed to utterly fuck both up, ending up with zero business. Fuck them 😂

Tell you what, if we can move Enzo on and get a late deal for Camara over the line, this would have to be one of the best transfer windows for a long while. Shifted a lot of players, bought in some proper gems, and made a reasonable upgrade at keeper.
