Australia Post continue to be one of the most disappointing ‘service providers’ around. There is literally no point paying for express post when it sits in their depots ‘delayed’ ‘and ‘waiting for processing’ for 48hrs.

Considering the regularly questionable network service I get & having stuck by your company through a data breach, it’s disgusting that you can decide to just change the contract conditions to account for ‘increasing costs’ you didn’t account or plan for.

It’s very disappointing @AusOptus that mere months after a customer signs on for a new 36-mth contract including phone, based on a certain costing, that you feel it reasonable to up the monthly charges. Poor form. I don’t need extra data allowance I didn’t ask for!
