Boomers tried this argument on Gen X, and it didn’t work. Now we’re hearing the same recycled advice aimed at Millennials and Gen Z. The issue isn’t that people think they’re too good for certain jobs. It’s that working full-time should provide enough to afford basic necessities. People aren’t asking for perfect jobs, Mark. They’re asking for livable wages.
