The Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a search warrant at his home on October 22 after a joint federal-state investigation into a file-sharing network flagged his residence. Charges include two counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in n*dity-oriented material or performance, seven counts of pandering s*xually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person (all second-degree felonies), and one count of possessing criminal tools.
