All these people asking LLMs like Grok to answer deeply nuanced and complex socio-political questions, while having no idea how it works or what an LLM does.
Dangerous territory.
Simplified: a LLM just predicts words based on patterns.
It's not intelligent.
It can't "think".
There's very little talk about this, but the smell of Sulphur is very noticeable in Johannesburg and Pretoria. There was also a clearly visible smog in the air earlier today.
Anyone know if a manufacturing plant or factory is responsible?
@CilliersB @CityTshwane
Johannesburg is once again shrouded in a stinking sulphur odour - a problem that was confined to some early winter mornings, but now persists into summer. What is the source of this air pollution? This will have serious impacts on our health. 💀😷 @Dr_Dion_George @environmentza

Full disclosure - I get info from various sources (mostly counselors, but also sometimes on the ground staff). I cannot guarantee accuracy, but I do my best.

There seems to be conflicting info at this point, take note:
The Njala infeed station feeds electricity to multiple substations, which in turn feeds a large portion of Pretoria.
This could be "days or more than a week" bad.
Solar users: rain predicted for the next week at minimum, turn of all non-essentials.

As received from community groups. Fire and explosion at Nyala infeed station, which is the cause of an enormous power outage in the @CityTshwane . We will share info as we receive it.
I used to give updates on power outages in Pretoria since the Tshwane account was either very slow to share info, or didn't at all. That's clearly changed, well done!
I'll still supplement info as required, likely with less sugar-coating and more technical details.

Congrats @Lesufi, you must be proud.
I doubt someone will wake up from their deep and delirious slumber and delete the quoted tweet, but just in case.
Maybe MK governing KZN isn't such a bad thing, as long as the rest of SA doesn't have to be subjected to MK's will. I'm not being facetious.
I've always doubted whether governing a set of radically different minded cultures under one "rainbow nation" government is a good idea.
Hello darkness my old friend 😔

I get the feeling there are going to be lots of people still in queues at 9PM. Remember: If you are in line at 9pm YOU CAN STILL VOTE. Just make sure you get in line before 9pm.
