Mzalendo @alphanga ameitaka Chama cha Demokrasia na Maendeleo (CHADEMA) kuacha kile alichokiita propaganda za kisiasa, akidai chama hicho kimekuwa kikisambaza taarifa zinazohusu masuala mbalimbali na baadaye kutoa matamko ya kulalamikia taarifa hizo.
Kupitia ujumbe wake, Muyinga amesema kuna hali ya taarifa zinazodaiwa kuandaliwa na kusambazwa na watu wa chama hicho, kisha baadaye kurejea kutoa taarifa za kusikitishwa na mambo yanayozungumziwa.
Amesisitiza kuwa masuala yanayohusu Mahakama yanapaswa kuachwa yashughulikiwe kwa kufuata sheria, ushahidi na taratibu za kisheria badala ya kuhusishwa na mihemko, kelele au mashinikizo ya kisiasa.
Aidha, amesema Watanzania wana uwezo wa kufuatilia yanayoendelea na kutambua ukweli, akieleza kuwa ukweli hauhitaji kupikwa wala kulazimishwa ili ukubalike.

Tanzania: Former Ambassador Humphrey Polepole Abducted and Disappeared From His Home
Former ambassador Humphrey Polepole was abducted at his home in Dar es Salaam on 6 October 2025.
He has not been seen since. Humphrey appears to have been targeted because of his criticism of the president and ruling party for restrictions on civic space, the crackdown on human rights and attacks on opposition members. His family miss him dearly and need answers.
No one should be disappeared for criticizing the government.

Yesterday, we moved the court to require the Inspector General of Police to appear in person and account for the disappearance of Tanzanian activist Twaha Salim Mwaipaya.
The court granted our application, and today, the IG appeared before the court.
While he denied that Twaha was in police custody, that cannot be the end of the matter.
We must establish Twaha’s whereabouts, ensure his safety and hold those responsible accountable.
We will not relent in the pursuit of truth and justice. Aluta continua! The struggle continues.
