27 years in civil service without promotion.
Midwives were reporting to Minister Balaam Barugahara that they have worked for 27 years in civil service without promotion.
That others with experience of 5 years and same qualifications were promoted.
They also requested for the promotion and the Minister considered it.
The minister was in Kanungu District, Western Region dealing with thieves and CORRUPT Government officials yesterday.

In 1986-1989, Bright Rwamirama was the Officer in Charge of Pay, National Resistance Army. He was appointed to oversee army payroll.
I hope you heard the issue of ghost soldiers on payrolls that was cleaned around the late 2000s.
It is alleged that these were the engineers of ghost payrolls and now he is fighting those fighting corruption. Shame.

Finally we have cleared 204 land lords out of Kabale Market . Next stop Mbarara central market .

Last evening we liberated the traders of Mbarara central market where over 412 vendors / traders finally took over ownership of stalls and shops they’ve been renting from illegal exploiting land lords . Imagine renting out shops to our young people and women at a range of 150,00-300,000 and yet council is paid below 80,000 shillings !!! . This has ended Mbarara and Kabale our traders have been liberated this will continue through out the country through the expose the corrupt campaign as guided by Mr President @KagutaMuseveni and my leader General @mkainerugaba . Enough is enough markets where built for the emerging traders and vendors not politicians and their proxies.
