Key highlights from the speech: ✅ Congratulated brotherly Türkiye and its people on the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Republic. ✅ Azerbaijan’s stabilizing role in promoting peace and cooperation in the wider region. ✅ While promoting de-facto peace process, call on Armenia to take necessary political and legal steps for the signing of the peace agreement. ✅ Large-scale reconstruction and development in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur, noting that nearly 100,000 people are living, working and studying in the liberated territories. ✅ Practical cooperation in security and defense, including the meeting of Secretaries of Security Councils in Baku and the adoption of the 2027 Roadmap for Cooperation in the Defense Industry, providing for joint production and technological cooperation. ✅ Importance of meetings on religious affairs and cooperation among Muslim religious institutions held in Shusha and Baku. ✅ Economic cooperation as a key priority, focusing on mutual investment, transport connectivity, energy cooperation and joint projects, as reflected in the Joint Statement of the second meeting of Heads of Government in Baku. ✅ The strategic importance of the Middle Corridor, the realization of the Zangezur Corridor and expanded transport links to increase trade, industrial cooperation and investment among Turkic states. ✅ Azerbaijan’s role as a reliable energy supplier and its contribution to green energy and digital connectivity between Central Asia and Europe. ✅ Important meetings of the OTS Council of Central (National) Banks and Heads of Financial Intelligence Units in Baku, as well as the establishment of the OTS Cooperation Platform of Financial Intelligence Units. ✅ Preserving the shared history, language and cultural heritage of Turkic peoples, highlighting the Turkic World Week in Baku marking the centenary of the First Turkological Congress. ✅ Reinforcing the OTS’s international standing. The potential of the OTS+ format, established at the Gabala Summit, to deepen engagement with third countries and international organizations. ✅ Support for obtaining observer status for the OTS in the United Nations General Assembly. ✅ Congratulation to incoming Secretary General Mirvokhid Azimov on his appointment.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov attends the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) held in Ankara, hosted by the President of the Republic of Türkiye, under the theme “Turkic Century: Unity in Language, Thought and Deed.” During the Summit Azerbaijan hands over the OTS Chairmanship to Türkiye. The current state and future prospects of cooperation within the Organization, as well as regional and international developments of common interest will be discussed. The progress achieved across the Organization’s priority areas, including political cooperation, trade and investment, transport and connectivity, energy, digital transformation, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, and institutional development will be reviewed, and important documents will be adopted.

The park represents the shared historical and cultural heritage, rich civilizational traditions, and common values of the Turkic peoples. This initiative contributes to strengthening cultural ties among Turkic States and promoting mutual understanding, solidarity, and cooperation among their peoples.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye Hakan Fidan on the sidelines of the 13th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Ankara. The meeting addressed the current state and prospects of Azerbaijan–Türkiye bilateral relations, cooperation within the framework of the OTS, and other issues of mutual interest. The Ministers also exchanged views on regional and international developments.
