Switching farm to LLC from sole prop. Owned land is staying in personal name. Couple different options on paper, is it best to:
60%LLC owns eq./rents land
12%LLC rents land and eq.
8%LLC only custom farms
20%other

Test fitting Trash Tipper on a 640FD. These will fit all 600-700-and HD models. Looks like it's going to work nicely, not sure if we will have any available this fall or not but let me know of you want to get on the list!

Probably some of the greenest corn I've had at black layer in quite a while, we'll see if it translates over to yield.

My son bought this mower on an auction for $150 and got it going within an hour of bringing it home. He's pretty excited, as it goes with his snapper utv he revived earlier this summer. Anyone know roughly what year the mower is?

Tried using Chat gpt for very basic Floorplan and elevations to send out for bids....absolutely horrible. Couldn't even get basic requests correct after 3 tries....any good programs out there for this that don't suck and don't need a subscription or download? @grok

Check out the trash tipper from @Aztech_Ag. We’ve run it for a few years now, mostly on Geringhoff corn head but ran it on our 630R platform head this past year. Works great, catches all the trash/leaves. Runs off a Milwaukee/dewalt 18V battery or you can hardwire it

75 # of actual N and 5 gal of unicorn heavy. Even if it yields the same as the normal dry program its still a win economically.

Anyone have a good crm they use for keeping track of leads and customers? We do a lot of farm shows and the notepads with contact info and follow ups always seem to get lost. Also don't want to spend 20k on Salesforce or similar. Started building my own this spring, then planting season happened, and my time is likely better spent elsewhere.

It's Kustom. Any one else bend them when the sprayer re levels while loading in the road ditch? We're thinking of building a better ladder design, not sure if it's a common issue tho.

A new analysis by @NationalCorn confirms what soybean farmers have experienced for years: higher input costs are putting U.S. agriculture at a competitive disadvantage. ow.ly/llL050ZlCZ8 #AgEcon #AgPolicy #Inputs
