This is correct! Pile shuffling very neatly and cleanly distributes the cards in your deck better than any other form of shuffling to minimize the possibility of similar resources being clumped together Especially important for decks that stack similar resource in your discard pile or when shuffling up a deck for the first time It's kinda silly that we even have to riffle or mash shuffle anymore when we know what the optimal form of shuffling is to maximize even distribution of cards
