What an embarrassing afternoon for Reform UK. Farage and Jenrick unveiled their economic plans to a half-empty hall in central London. Asked about the empty seats, Farage first blamed “staff incompetence”, then suggested the businessmen invited were simply too busy to attend. How disgraceful to publicly humiliate your own staff rather than take responsibility. An event meant to showcase Reform’s readiness for government instead showed how quickly Farage blames others when things go wrong. You just know what sort of man he is to work with. If he’s this willing to blame his staff publicly, who knows what kind of behaviour is going on behind closed doors.

Don’t forget, when Richard Tice first attempted to get ahead of this ITV expose a couple of days ago, his method of attack was to go after ITV, threatening to sue. But he went further, he called this behaviour a symptom of people’s anger, justifying this behaviour. This is what Reform always does.
