I love this work so much. When @BCPCollective started doing a wage surgery for post production, it made a huge difference in negotiations for many workers. Wage transparency works.
Since this #PayUpHollywood survey was started nearly 3 years ago, the data collected has been used to bring entertainment assistant issues to industry (and national) attention,
forced the Big 4 and other major agencies & management companies to increase assistant rates,
