🚨🎙️ Pep Guardiola on Manchester City's humiliating defeat to Nottingham Forest and losing three consecutive Premier League games: 🗣️"Let me be very clear: what we are doing right now is simply not good enough. Not for Manchester City, not for the players we have, and certainly not for the standards we have set over the years. Losing three Premier League games in a row is unacceptable. I don't care how you try to explain it; there is no excuse. "Today, Nottingham Forest wanted it more than us. They were more aggressive, more determined, they won the important battles and punished us whenever we made mistakes. We cannot come to a football match, give away goals like this and expect to win because we have quality. Quality means nothing if you don't compete. "I am angry, of course I am angry. Do you think I enjoy watching my team play like this? Do you think I come here after every defeat and feel nothing? No. It hurts because I know what these players are capable of, and what we are showing right now is nowhere near our level. "And I will take responsibility. I am the manager. If the team is not performing, you look at the manager first. Maybe I have to change things, maybe I have to make difficult decisions, maybe some players need to understand that their names and reputations will not protect them. Nobody has a guaranteed place in this team. Nobody. "We cannot keep talking about our history, our trophies or what we achieved last season. Football does not work like that. You have to earn everything again, every single weekend. If you don't run, if you don't fight, if you don't defend properly, the opponent will punish you. It is that simple. "I don't want players feeling sorry for themselves in the dressing room. I don't want excuses, I don't want explanations and I don't want anybody telling me we were unlucky. We have lost three games in a row. Look at the reality. We have to accept it, look in the mirror and understand that we are the problem. "Manchester City cannot become a team that accepts defeat as normal. We have built something special here, and I will not allow our standards to disappear because we are going through a difficult period. If we have to suffer, we suffer together. If we have to make changes, we make them. "But make no mistake: something has to change, and it has to change now. Because this is Manchester City. We are not here just to participate. We are here to compete, to dominate and to win. And right now, we are failing to do that." #ManCity #MCFC #NottinghamForest #NFFC #PremierLeague #EnzoOut

🚨🇬🇶𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: OWONO’S FATHER BREAKS SILENCE OVER MANSLAUGHTER ALLEGATIONS AGAINST HIS SON. 🗣️"As a father, watching my son go through this is something I cannot put into words. I know Jesús. I raised him, I know his heart, and I know he would never deliberately take another person's life. What happened on that football pitch was a terrible tragedy. A man has lost his life, and our thoughts and prayers are with Jesús de Miguel's family. No words can erase their pain, and we share in their sorrow. But I cannot remain silent while my son is being publicly branded a murderer. He went onto that pitch to play football, not to hurt anybody. It was a challenge for the ball during a competitive match, and nobody could have imagined that it would end in such heartbreaking circumstances. My son is devastated. He understands the seriousness of what happened, and he will cooperate fully with the authorities as they establish the facts. We are not asking anyone to forget Jesús de Miguel or minimise the loss his family has suffered. We are simply asking people not to condemn our son before the investigation has even concluded. Please remember that Jesús is also a human being. He has a family, he has parents, and he has a future. He deserves compassion and the opportunity to face this difficult situation without threats and abuse. We pray for the soul of Jesús de Miguel, strength for his family, and peace for everyone affected by this tragedy". #JesusOwono #JesusDeMiguel #FCAndorra #CDTenerife #FootballNews #FootballX #LaLiga2
