The only one of those even close to top level is 2024. On the international scene, yes, he absolutely was mid for a decade. Shows your don't know the sport that well...

Eh naw mate. If this was a kenyan you'd be screaming doper. He's been a constantly mid level runner that was injured and now is popping off at 30

He's been on the scene since 2014. 30 in 2025. Thanks for making my point

Grifted? Do you mean grinded? Because grifted implies something... not good...
Replying to @sudhanshu1011
I mean, guy consistently injured, puts up mediocre results for a decade, then suddenly at 30 is one of the best in the world, when people are getting popped left and right. Yeah if you think this is clean...

Who spends much of his time training in Kenya and Ethiopia, right? And his manager/agent is one of the ones with a massive number of doping busts (Demadonna) - Jepchirchir was just popped. You already have to assume he's doping.
First time I've seen this. Asked to review (for a @SpringerNature journal) and received an AI generated paper that includes the notes that it has removed the faked data at multiple points in the manuscript that were in previous drafts. What are we even doing here?

Eh some complaints that the proof is being only given to a select group instead of just being posted.

From what they've actually shown, who knows? Maybe? There's an extreme lack of details....

I think the only real bad thing is not just putting it out there. Selecting a bunch of geriatric physicists who already have made careers to gatekeep it is weird. Especially since Kakeya and ETH are up.

I'd just assume they are avid trail runners and want to make cool videos for their Strava?

They actually do. Most professional societies track employment data

This makes no sense. My PhD students at a place far far far less prestigious (and me being a far less prestigious advisor) had had little issues getting jobs. Something really doesn't add up here.

Tbh I think meta has created work resembling much of published medical research. In that it's exceptionally poor quality. Seriously, go through the abstracts.
