FREE MOVEMENT BACK ON THE TABLE
Andy Burnham now wants an "evidence-based" debate on bringing back elements of EU free movement, with officials set to discuss it ahead of the UK-EU summit on 20 November.
This is the same man who warned in 2019 that free movement let big firms undercut wages in working-class towns.
Britain voted to take back control of its borders. Downing Street says there are no proposals yet. Then rule it out now, in writing.

SOFTER ON FOREIGN CRIMINALS
There are still 21,000 serious foreign criminals living in Britain.
Right now, a foreign criminal jailed for four years or more cannot use family or long-residence claims to dodge deportation. In the Commons, the Government was told it voted down amendments to keep that rule and extend it to terrorists, leaving its new Immigration and Asylum Bill softer than the current law.
The Minister's answer? A lecture about Churchill and a promise to "reform" the ECHR at some point.
The public want foreign offenders removed, not more legal loopholes. Deport them.

BANNED TERRORIST GOT IN BY LORRY
Zana Abdul Rahman Rahim was jailed in Italy for his role in an Isis-linked terror cell that plotted to kidnap a British ambassador. He was under a UK-wide exclusion order, yet he still got into Britain in the back of a lorry via Dover in June.
He was only identified months later, when West Yorkshire Police stopped his car over a broken light. He is due to be sentenced on Friday.
If a banned terrorist can get in this easily, our borders are not secure. Ministers must deport him without delay and explain how he got through.

Two men have been charged under the National Security Act over the RAF Fairford incident, one accused of assisting Iran's intelligence service. Suspected hostile activity at a base on British soil. Ministers must stop treating Tehran's threats as a nuisance.

COUNCILS KEPT IN THE DARK
Scottish Borders Council says it is not being properly consulted before Mears, acting for the Home Office, buys up homes in small rural communities to house asylum seekers.
John Lamont MP raised it in the Commons: GP surgeries, schools and transport there are already stretched.
Local people and their councils should have a say before the Home Office moves in, not find out after the deal is done.

EU RETURNS NEVER WORKED
The PM blames Brexit for the small boats crisis. The figures say otherwise: in 2016 fewer than 10% of Dublin transfer requests were accepted, and we couldn't send anyone back to Greece or Italy. Stop the excuses and start removing illegal arrivals.

BREXIT IS NOT THE EXCUSE
The Prime Minister told Good Morning Britain the small boats crisis has "arisen since" Brexit.
The boats were already crossing in 2018 and 2019, while we were still in the EU.
The problem isn't the 2016 vote. It's a government that won't detain and remove those who arrive illegally.

VETERANS PURSUED, EXTREMISTS HOUSED
Douglas Murray told The Spectator today that successive governments keep pursuing British veterans, including special forces soldiers, through the courts, while Islamist extremists who broke into the country are put up in hotels and we pay for it.
That is the wrong way round. Those who served Britain deserve protection, not prosecution. Those who back jihad deserve deportation, not a hotel room.

Early mummies (dating from around 2,135 to 1,623 BCE) from China had high levels of Ancient North Eurasian ancestry.
Many of them have their hair physically intact, ranging in color from blonde to red to brown which was generally long, curly & braided.

A Chinese scientist clandestinely sent off DNA to an Italian geneticist to performed tests to conform ancestry.
Since then, China has prohibited foreign scientists from conducting research on the mummies.
What are they trying to hide?
It is believed that there was an Ancient North Eurasian (ANE) European population that lived in the region long-term since the Ice Age.

STILL NO PLAN FOR THE BOATS
Douglas Murray told The Spectator today what most of the country already knows: dinghies keep coming from France and nothing effective is being done to stop them.
Too often the boats are simply met in the Channel and brought in. People come because they know they will stay, and they do.
Ministers have had years to fix this. Detain on arrival, process offshore, and remove anyone with no right to be here.

The first day of trial is whether the state UNLAWFULLY arrested him, searched the house, and seized his property.
The second day, if the case proceeds, is about weather or not James committed the offence.
This case will be heard at Great Yarmouth Magistrates on the 5th and 6th November at 10am.
