CONGRATULATIONS!!!! The Brunswick City School District has once again been recognized for doing things the right way — earning the Ohio Auditor of State Award for excellence in financial reporting and accountability.
This isn’t a one‑time achievement. Our district has now earned this honor seven times: Fiscal Year 2013, 2016, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and now 2025. This award is only given to public organizations that meet the highest standards of financial management.
This recognition reflects the outstanding work of our Treasurer’s Office and the district’s ongoing commitment to being excellent stewards of our community’s resources. It’s another example of how your tax dollars are being managed responsibly, carefully, and with complete transparency.
We are proud of this achievement — and proud to serve a community that values strong financial leadership! For more information, check out @clevelanddotcom.

This year senior @Jakob072012 will carry on the legacy of Coach Herron @JoshHerron15 by wearing #15 for the 2026 season. No individual has left a lasting impact more on our program the way Josh did with how he lived his life with cancer. We all can choose to #WinTheDay

Another great week in the books as we get ready for tryouts. Tryouts are never easy but we are blessed to have so many kids committed to getting better daily. Even those who don’t make it learn life lessons in the process. 1 more week to go. #wintheday @BHSStrength
