The #Miami receiver had possession, got two feet in bounds, then stepped out of bounds, then the defender knocked the ball out. Once the receiver stepped out, the play should’ve ended and is a completed catch. Referees got the call to make sure #NotreDame gets in the playoffs.

I never understood why you can catch a touchdown take a full other step out of bounds and still have to survive a defender stripping you seconds later. I remember Kyren losing a touchdown the same way and I still dont get the rule
