⚖️2ND AMENDED COMPLAINT UPDATE⚖️Amy Huffman has now filed her VERIFIED SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT against Roc Nation LLC, Jermaine Jackson, Daniel Berg, DRNX Water LLC and DRNX LLC. The amended lawsuit substantially expands the factual allegations surrounding Huffman’s removal as CEO of DRNX Water and now brings EIGHT causes of action👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 1. Defamation Per Se 2. Sex Discrimination & Hostile Work Environment under Title VII 3. Retaliation under Title VII 4. Sex Discrimination & Hostile Work Environment under New York law 5. Retaliation under New York law 6. Aiding and Abetting violations of New York anti-discrimination laws 7. Tortious Interference with Employment 8. Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress Huffman alleges that beginning in August 2025, Jermaine Jackson embarked on a campaign to undermine her as CEO by making sexualized and allegedly false statements about how she obtained business. According to the complaint, Jackson allegedly accused Huffman of the following👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 • “using sex to close deals” • engaging in inappropriate sexual conduct with an employee and prospective business partner. • firing Black employees because of their race. • mismanaging DRNX finances. Huffman denies those accusations and alleges they were spread to employees, business associates and even her HUSBAND. Huffman alleges that on January 30, 2026, she formally reported Jackson’s conduct to Roc Nation personnel and separately to Daniel Berg. She claims Roc Nation and Berg did NOT conduct a meaningful investigation. Instead, Huffman alleges her complaints were disclosed to Jackson and that his conduct then ESCALATED. The complaint cites recorded conversations in which Jackson allegedly made comments including “where I come from, snitches get killed” and allegedly warned Huffman that she could lose her husband, children and family. One significant allegation added to the amended pleading involves Huffman’s executive email account. She alleges Jackson instructed another employee to automatically forward her confidential DRNX emails to an outside iCloud account associated with Jackson and/or his wife. Huffman claims she personally observed incoming emails being diverted and alleges the forwarding allowed others to monitor communications concerning her complaints. Huffman alleges that after reporting Jackson👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 • She was excluded from meetings. • Her CEO authority was progressively stripped away. • Jackson began telling employees he had fired her despite allegedly lacking authority to do so. • Her health benefits ended on February 27, 2026. • Her salary stopped around March 15, 2026. She says she was NEVER formally terminated and NEVER resigned. Huffman is seeking damages to be determined at trial, including👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 • Lost wages and compensation • Back pay and front pay • Lost benefits and earning capacity • Reputational and professional damages • Emotional-distress damages • Punitive damages where legally available • Reinstatement or front pay in lieu of reinstatement • Attorneys’ fees, expert fees and costs • Declaratory and injunctive relief She has also demanded a JURY TRIAL.
