Validators, node operators, block builders, and application developers: start preparing for the upgrade.
Jenner includes:
🔸 Payment Lane, reserving 5% of block gas by default for eligible payments.
🔸 Millisecond block timestamps for smart contracts.
🔸 Functionality for CAS20, a new Compliant Asset Standard. More details on its availability will follow separately.

Floating supply is now 131.5M, down a third from 200M in 2017 and 68.5% of the way to the 100M target. Since 2017, ETH, ADA, TRX and XRP supply rose 21% to 64%, with SOL up 129% since 2021.
