Project update from the #MappingCancerMarkers research team @KrembilRI: an upcoming, relatively small code change could have a big impact on the project’s ability to analyze markers for various types of sarcoma. ibm.co/36AnXYa

Evidence that networks trained w/ same data cluster together in weight-space for more complicated DS3 nets as it does for DS1/DS2 nets! Here are 500/ea examples of 8 different DS3 networks w/ weights reduced from 136k dims to 2 w/ UMAP. Note similar colors are clustered nearby.
