.@cranfielddartec Digital Aviation Research and Technology Centre is officially open. @KwasiKwarteng was there to cut the ribbon, along with some of our apprentices. The facility will be used for projects to drive forward innovations in airspace and airports.

It was genuinely breathtaking to go around the bend @CranfieldUni today and see the tail fin of our 737 sitting under the angled roof of @cranfielddartec for the first time. Stunning addition to the Cranfield skyline, enabling safe, secure and sustainable aviation for the future!

Our @Boeing #737 is hooked up to ground power inside the hangar laboratory. Today we are using it for PhD & MSc projects and preparing to add some ballast to stop it weather-vaning in high winds. Looking forward to a proper clean ahead of our official opening... @CranfieldUni
