I am SO proud of my girls! 🥹❤️ These young women are not just my students — they are MY KIDS! Watching them grow, lead, and earn their medals at NLC has been the greatest joy. Their hard work paid off and there’s nothing better than seeing them shine. 💪✨

Our Child Development class hosted the fourth graders today for hands-on activities with nine stations to practice fractions—including making homemade waffles! It was a fun and educational experience for both the high school and elementary students.

This morning, I told my juniors that it was required to do a flood drill—which meant standing on top of their desks or a table. And guess what? Not one of them questioned me! They all just went with it! 😂
🧀 Our Culinary class just wrapped up the Grilled Cheese Cookoff Competition! 🏆🍞 From creative twists to the perfect golden crust, students brought their A-game. After some tough judging, we crowned the Grilled Cheese Champ for the most perfect, masterpiece!🏅👏

Today, our high school Child Development class hosted the 3rd graders for a fun-filled day of multiplication fact practice!🎲Through interactive stations, games, & engaging activities, both groups got to experience hands-on learning at its best!
