I see the southern market NHL team debates have re-appeared today, here are the straight numbers from last season: Vegas was 1st in NHL Attendance% Nashville was 4th in NHL Attendance% Carolina was 10th in NHL Attendance% Tampa Bay was 11th in NHL Attendance% Dallas was 13th in NHL Attendance% Even Arizona, who has been pitiful for decades, has become a Junior Hockey hotbed. People love to preach about growing the game, but southern markets are carrying the growth of this great game, and very few will give these markets credit for that.

Just as Mike Babcock was scheduled to start the 7th year of his 8 year, $6.25 million per season contract with the Leafs....Sheldon Keefe gets a well deserved two-year contract extension. Been very impressed with his work since taking over from Babcock in November, 2019!
